Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday changeover but can be flexible. Arrival after 3pm. Departure by 10am. Please contact us if you cannot arrive on a Saturday as we may be able to offer alternative arrival dates.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned with an additional charge for electricity used at £35 per week, to be paid prior to arrival. La Sella has 24 hour security with constant patrols for your peace of mind. Welcome packs can be arranged and paid for on arrival. No smoking inside the villa. Sorry, no pets.

Outside
There is a large shared pool adjacent to the villa with 4 other pools available on the complex, including waterfall pools. Small garden to the front and rear with driveway for off road parking. Several balconies and roof terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Coast/Beach
Denia's beach and harbour are a 10 minute drive away. The beach at Javea is approximately 15 minutes drive. North of Denia there are long stretches of golden beaches with sand dunes - perfect for a picnic. Situated a short drive from the beautiful coastline, which is blessed with numerous white sandy beaches, spectacular coves and lapped by clear water, the villa is ideally located, providing comfort and relaxation, together with action and excitement if required - car necessary.

Golf
Designed by Jose Maria Olazabel, La Sella has its own 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course and in 2009 a fantastic new 9 holes are opening. Clubs and buggies can be hired and tuition is available. Javea's Golf Club is a 15 minute drive and a 30 minute drive will take you to Oliva Nova Golf Resort, a links course designed by Seve Ballesteros.

Also within easy driving distance is El Bosque, designed by Robert Trent Jones and in the top 5 in Europe well worth a visit.Special for 2008! An extra 20% discount off any round of golf at La Sella championship course making green fees approx £40. Limited to 4 rounds per person.

The villa is within easy reach of the A7 motorway. Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within one hour's drive. Car hire is essential.

Tthe stables at La Sella offer activities for both beginners and experienced riders. There are 5 tennis courts with tuition available. Mountain bikes can be hired with the magnificent Montgo National Park nearby to explore. A new theme park and water park are within 30 minutes drive.
Just opened in 2008 - a new indoor shopping mall that is a 10 minute drive away with designer shops and a large supermarket. It's at the exit of the A7 motorway for the La Sella turn-off.
Banks and larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Denia.

Booking notes
A £200 non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required against breakages or extra cleaning.
Booking is normally Saturday to Saturday.
