Located in the exclusive area of Benimeit, Villa Buena Vista provides accommodation for two to ten people in two separate houses. The original house 'Higher House', which has just been completely refurbished, sleeps six and the brand new 'Garden House' sleeps four. The accommodation is complemented by a lovely pool area comprising an illuminated pool with Roman steps and two large terraces. The gardens, which have been professionally landscaped, are overflowing with a variety of trees, bushes, shrubs and climbing plants. From all aspects, ie both houses, the pool and the gardens, the views of Moraira and the Med are stunning. Garden benches provide the opportunity to quietly enjoy the magnificent panorama and there is a large terrace in the gardens with a table and chairs for ten, plus barbecue, for 'al fresco' dining.

Changeover day
The changeover day is normally Saturday but this is negotiable.
Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans together with extra large windows & sliding doors make both houses cool and pleasant.
It is anticipated that bookings in peak season will encompass both properties. At all other times either, or both, of the two villas may be booked. If only one of the two houses is required, the other will not be let thus ensuring exclusive use of the pool and gardens, etc.
Outside
Illuminated 8m x 4m private pool with two large terraces and fabulous sea views. Balustrades and hedges to either side and a natural rock wall with flower filled enclosure behind. A variety of shrubs, bushes and trees grow in the ground and in large, Spanish pots.
Shower, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, etc.
Lovely, professionally landscaped Mediterranean gardens. Easy access to the various terraces all overflowing with a stunning variety of trees, bushes, shrubs and climbing plants.
Seating to enjoy the spectacular views and a large terrace with table and chairs to accommodate 10 for 'al fresco' dining.
Coast/Beach
The main beach at Moraira and the lovely little bay at El Portet are 5 minutes away. Along the coast, there are spectacular beaches at Javea and Cumbre del Sol plus lots of little coves and bays waiting to be explored.
Golf
There are two golf courses, at San Jaime and Javea, within approx. 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Moraira is an hours drive away from the airport at Alicante
and just slightly further from that at Valencia.
Some form of transport is necessary but help can be provided with car hire if required.
Distances
Javea and Denia to the North are 15 and 30 minutes away respectively as, similarly, are Calpe and Altea to the South. The Jalon Valley and the mountains are half an hour inland.
Further details
There is a small 'centro commercial' with shops, bars and restaurants two minutes from the villa.
