Notes on accommodation
The Villa is extremely spacious and decorated to the highest standard with both air conditioning and gas central heating. A spacious lounge/dining room, open and closed nayas ideal for sunny breakfasts and cool evening drinks. BBQ on lower naya. Mosquito blinds in all bedrooms. Wireless/Internet access.
Accessibility
Due to its natural hillside setting this villa may not be suitable for people who have difficulty with steps.
Outside
The beautiful garden is terraced with plenty of local plants giving colour all year round. Private triangular pool 8x8x8m set in the lower terraces of the garden, garden furniture and sunloungers around the pool and on the terrace overlooking the pool. Spanish BBQ near pool. Weekly pool cleaning.
Coast/Beach
Moraira town and harbour and wonderful modern marina, a short drive away. Nearest supermarket restaurants and beaches 4-5 mins by car.
Golf
The local Golf de Ifach is a 5 minute drive away. Javea, Denia and Altea clubs a short drive away.
Travel
Alicante Airport, 55 minutes (approx). Valencia Airport, 1hr 10 mins (approx). Car hire is recommended and easily available from local airports.
Distances
The popular towns of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Booking notes
25% Deposit required on booking. Balance due eight weeks before arrival along with a damage retainer cheque for £200 returned within 14 days of return date.
Winter: beautiful days and cool nights are accommodated by a log fire and gas central heating.
