Luxury accessible villa approx 500 sq.m. with 100 sq metres of covered terraces, private swimming pool and secluded gardens designed to enable access for all. The house has a large lounge with satellite TV. There are two well equipped kitchens and barbeque areas. The property has 8 bedrooms all with highly appointed en-suite bathrooms. The main house has 4 bedrooms, the Lemon and the Turquoise bedrooms with en-suites which are suitable for wheelchair users and the green and the blue rooms which are not accessible. Within the walled gardens there is the Moorish Tower, the Pink Bedroom, which is fully accessible and consists of a large, luxurious bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with a small adjoining bedroom suitable for a carer or children and the Garden room, which is a secluded luxury accessible bedroom and en-suite. This villa is ideal for photographic shoots, weddings and reunions. We offer the OPTION of catering and daily cleaning which is not included in the rental rates.

The linen and towels and pool towels are included and changed once a week. The property is cleaned on a Saturday. Additional cleaning can be arranged for 12 euros per hour. |

Accessibility
The whole ground floor of the house and the walled garden is suitable for wheelchairs. The owners have a disabled son, and have first hand knowledge of problems of renting for the disabled and have hopefully eliminated them. Hoists and disabled equipment are available.
Outside
The private swimming pool is 22 metres long and a constant 1.35 metres deep. It is private to the villa. There are two barbecue areas and lots of different areas for seating in the garden, with or without shade and a fully mirrored gym.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 8 minutes by car. Torre del Mar boasts the longest promenade in Europe and many stretches are floodlit making a midnight swim a must. There is a marina at Caletta, also 8 minutes by car where boat trips can be arranged.The beaches are sandy, some are busy with bars and restaurants, some are quiet and one is naturist.
Golf
8 minutes from the house by car is an 18 hole golf course with views of the sea.
15 minutes by car is another 18 hole course and there are many championship courses all within an easy drive of the villa.
Skiing
The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is door to door 2 hours. The resort is very high and also has snow making machines to extend their ski season. The prices in the resort are much cheaper than their french or swiss counterparts. The top of the mountain can be accessed by cable car and can be enjoyed by non skiers as well as skiers.
Travel
We are 45 minutes from Malaga airport and port. It is recommended that you have a car, although it is not essential as the house is 10 minutes walk to the town centre where there are buses which go to most places and a tram to the coast.
Distances
Distances by car we are 2 hours to Granada, Ronda and Cordoba. 3 hours to Seville. We are within 8 minutes by car to Torre del Mar with many Spanish and International restaurants, to the beach with its extensive promenade lined with bars and restaurants, the water park, golf course, shopping mall, go-cart tracks and high tech bowling alley. We are 10 minutes on foot to the town of Velez Malaga with many tapas bars, shops and typical Spanish restaurants.
Further details
There is a large shopping mall with a hypermarket, 12 cinemas, some showing English films, bowling alley, shops, bars and restaurants. The moorish town of Velez Malaga is full of traditional tapas bars and restaurants. It is still very much old Spain, with the first English bar only opening in Velez 2 months ago. There are all the usual water sports and horse riding available on the beach.
Booking notes
A deposit of 10% is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 1 month before the start of the holiday period or cash on arrival. We require a damage deposit of 20% which is payable on arrival and will be refunded 2 weeks after the holiday subject to there not being any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
