Notes on accommodation
There is a large pool in the nearby camping grounds which guests can use for a small fee. This is an ideal family holiday home, just within 3 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach of Fuente del Gallo. We, the owners, love using the house for ourselves and our 3 year old twins think it is fantastic! We hope you enjoy the house and area as much as we do.
The house is suitable for parties of up tp 10 people, however we recommend that larger parties are of 6 adults and 4 children. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 on the upper floor, one of the twin rooms with a balcony and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located in the basement, this is a very large room of more than 25 sq m with 2 double sofa beds, they are 1.50m x 2m in size. We recommend this room to be the childrens room, for their entertainment it has a TV and DVD palyer. All bedrooms have built in warddrobes and the basement room has two free standing wardrobes.

Outside
There is a small lawned garden, 4 sun loungers are availabel for guests use, a back terrace with a large wooden round table and matching chairs and grill;
Maids service or child minding being offered at extra cost. The house is cleaned just before guests arrival, beds are made and ready to use. This house is an ideal house for family holidays, very spacious, less than 100m from the beach. English Satellite TV (free view channels) is installed, the Euro News channel can be viewed in German or most other european language. There are 2 TV's and DVD's players in the house so larger parties have greater access. In addition to the wooden round table and 6 chairs for the terrace, there are 4 sunloungers for clients use. There is secured underground parking for 2 cars, enter the house directly from here.
There is a large pool at the nearby camping grounds which our guests can use for a small fee.
Coast/Beach
There are two fantastic local beaches only 100m away and
the other just 200m away. All the beaches are stunning, consisting of long shores and fine white sand. The Flamingo Hotel is available on the closest beach for drinks/lunch etc.
Golf
Golf information: There are several 18 hole golf courses within a 15 minute drive from the house. Novo Sancti Petri and Campano Golf. Some of our favourites are: Golf Novo Sancti-Petri: Seve Ballesteros-designed 36 holes with sea views set in pine trees. Montenmedio: Championship course with elegant clubhouse set in cork tree-covered hills. Montecastillo: a bit further away, 40 miles - PGA European tour course in rolling hills with stunning views. Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque are all about 90 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
Sports In and out of the water, including Scuba Diving, Fishing, Sailing, Charter Boats, Windsurfing, Kite surfing, canoeing, and just about anything that you can think of, to make the most of your leisure time here on the Costa de la Luz. And yes there is now also a 'Banana Ride' on La Barrosa beach. There are open air programmes and activities for people with disabilities. With adapted, equipment and facilities, with specialized qualified staff, who are in continuous training. The goal is to back-up any social work, and cover this rare offer of activities, fun and games for disabled groups. This is being held at the Sancti Petri harbour, 15 minutes drive away. There are several “Equestrian Centre” close by, take a ride on the beach (winter time only) or through the pine forests. Programmes can be found in the house folder. Enjoy!
Travel
Travelling to the house The nearest airport is Jerez which is only a 45 minute drive away. Sevilla is 1 hr 30 mins drive. But also Gibraltar and Málaga are easily reached within 1 hr 20 mins and 2 hrs 30 mins drive, the new motorway E5/A48 is finished to a great extend and so it is a comfortable ride from all these airports . Full directions will be given and there is a local representative to meet clients at the house or at a designated meeting point.
Distances
Restaurants The famous 'El Marinero' Restaurant is a couple of minutes drive away, it is set just back from the shore under pine trees has a large outside garden eating area with childrens play ground. Freshly caught local fish is one of the many appetising dishes on its menu. The Hotel 'Flamenco', a short walk away offers a fantastic buffet to non-residents, lovely bar and great meeting point. From the hotel walk onto the beach, enjoy 'tinto de verano' (a very refreshing wine of the summer.
Further details
There is plenty to do in Conil and the surrounding areas. The local town consists of many shops, banks and authentic Spanish restaurants and bars.
For the active, there are adventure sports, angling, ballooning, birdwatching, golf, horseriding, and the popular sport of kite surfing.
Booking notes
After confirmation of availability by e-mail or telephone a provisional booking is held up to 10 days pending a non-refundable deposit of 15%.
Balance of payment (all bank charges to be paid by customer) is due at least 4 weeks prior to arrival or as otherwise advised. If the property is booked within 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately. Confirmation of payment will be sent with necessary details and directions by e-mail, fax or post.
