Outside
Large covered outside terrace to rear of property with table and 4 chairs. Upstairs very large patio area having sun all day. Has table and 4 chairs, sunloungers. Large spa/plunge-pool, seats 10.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Calida boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and history, many within easy reach. You can enjoy a day at the new Terra Mitica Theme Park, 40 minute drive on the motorway. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos, with an excellent selection of seafood restaurants, is about 15 minutes drive south. The historic town of Cartagena, 20 minutes drive, and Murcia city 20 minutes drive all worth a visit.
Golf
The resorts own golf course - 9 hole, Championship Course -is open to residents and rental guests only - not a public course. The public courses around us are, Torre Pacheco golf course 2 kms away 9 hole, La Manga Club 20 mins away by car with 3 courses and new Spa club. Mosa Trajectum course 15 mins by car, many more courses-VillaMartin, Alta Real, Campoamor. Guest golf certificate will be provided to play on site.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is approx. 2.5 hours away (driving time less once the new motorway is completed) so the resort could be used as a base for a skiing trip.
Special interest holidays
The waters of the Mar Menor lagoon are warm and shallow, but if you want more excitement, there are sports clubs, jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, cycling, windsurfing, pedalos and go-karting readily available nearby. It is possible to charter a boat for cruising to the small, nearby islands and fishing trips are available locally.
Travel
The resort is reached in 10 mins from San Javier Murcia airport, alternatively fly to Alicante which is 50 minutes away. Flights can be booked through easyjet, mytravellite, Ryanair, flybe, bmibaby, jet2, globespan, Monarch and BA.
Distances
Torre Pacheco is 3 km away and 5 mins by car. Los Alcazares is 5 km away, 10 mins by car.
Cartagena, 20 mins by car is Spain“s oldest port, is surrounded by hills, which can be viewed by boat trips. There is a buzzing shopping district with modern fashions.
Murcia, 25 mins by car, is the capital of the region. In a valley and is surrounded by a mountain range. Also a mixture of old and new it, a busy city with may places of historical interest. Allow a full day for your visit here.
Further details
Excellent restaurant on site with 2 bars and pool, gym, tennis court, hairdressers and supermarket for essential and fresh daily top-ups. Cash machine and bank available on site, other Banks are available in both Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares, as well as a shopping centre on outskirts of San Javier called Dos Mares with cinema, bowling and lots of places to eat.

A desit of £100 is required to secure your booking. Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival. Villa to be vacated by 10am on day of departure unless by prior agreement. Villa available for arrivals by 4pm.
