A stunningly beautiful villa and located just 1Km north of Sayalonga village close to coast with sea views. Excellent access and lighting -no tracks! Beautifully presented and maintained to a very high standard, the house offers dramatic views down onto the village of Sayalonga and over the myriad of other white villages dotted across the mountains opposite. There is a good view of the sea and it is even possible to see the rock of Gibraltar and as far as North Africa on a clear day. Excellent area for walking with an abundance of natural park areas, close to beaches and only 25 minutes to the centre of Nerja, a pretty coastal town with several restaurants and good shopping. The house is on 2 levels, is tiled throughout and furnished to a high standard. The house also boasts a modern thermostatically controlled underfloor heating and cooling system to the terracotta tiled floors and a 7x3m swimming pool.

Changeover day
Changeover is usually Saturday or Sunday however there is some flexibility dependent on current bookings.
Access on day of arrival is 4pm.
Vacation of the property on day of departure is 10am.

Important Note: underfloor cooling advertised as air conditioning. There is an additional 50 euros per week charge for heating/cooling.

Good outside space with fabulous and picturesque views, with 7x3m pool. Outdoor furniture and sunbeds available.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach at Algarrobo Costa - maximum 20 minutes drive away. Excellent beaches and activites in Torre del Mar (water park, shopping, cinemas, beaches, etc) and Nerja (Caves, shopping, beaches) both 25 minutes by car.
Golf
Golf available within the region.
Skiing
Excellent skiing available in the Sierra Nevadas (Grandada)during the season - 1.5 hours drive away.
Travel
Nearest airport Malaga, 40 mins drive. Also, Granada Airport 1½ hour drive but this will be shortened once the motorway is completed.
In order to enjoy the area a car is essential, however there is a bus service from the village down to Torre del Mar and Malaga and this service runs 3 times a day. For those that want to chill and don't want a car, airport pick up and drop off can be arranged with shopping mall run to Torre del Mar also available for a small charge.
Distances
Nearest village is Sayalonga 1km or a slow 15 minute amble and Competa is further inland less than 10 minutes by car.
Gibraltar 1.5 hours with a good tail wind, Seville 2 hours and Granada 1 hour or so!
Further details
The village has a supermarket and several good and inexpensive restaurants. There is a Thai restaurant in Archez and there are an abundance of excellent restaurants all along the coast. The area is excellent for walking, hiking and biking with much natural beauty.

Guest comments
This is predominently the owners' home and is lovingly cared for which is why our established guests make regular return visits. All our guests have commented on how much they have enjoyed the high standards and comfort of the house and the surroundings. This house is not remote and there is some fiesta activity in the village that teenagers will enjoy, however, this property is ideally suited for those families preferring to chill out and enjoy the what the area has to offer, venturing to the coast and towns or staying local depending on the mood of the day!
