Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes drive to the beach at Los Alcazarez on the golden sands of the warm Mar Menor sea. It's the largest sea water lagoon in Europe and is great for all watersports such as scuba diving, wind surfing, water skiing, jet skiing. We are also only 20 minutes from the white beaches of the Costa Blanca.
Golf
Golfers paradise. This villa is overlooking the 6th green on a Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole course. There are many other golf courses to play close by, such as Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campomor, La Finca, Mosa Trajectum, not forgetting the world famous La Manga Club with 3 championship courses. La Torre, El Valle, La Serena and Roda.
Skiing
Main ski resort of Granada is 3 1/2 hours away.
Travel
Villa is 15 minutes drive from San Javier Airport (Murcia) and 50 minutes drive from Alicante Airport. Both airports host many low cost airlines. Car hire is recommended to see various places of interest such as the cities of Murcia, and the Roman city of Cartagena.

Booking notes
A 20% booking fee is required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 deposit is required against breakages and damages which will be refunded one week after vacating the property.

4-6 weeks: 50% refunded
Less than 4 weeks: no refund
