Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa can be accessed after 4pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow for a thorough changeover clean.

Coast/Beach
The spectacular blue flag beaches are located just 9km from the villa. Gandia offers 8km of majestic wide sandy beaches in a cosmopolitan setting. Nearby Oliva has 1km of beautiful sandy beaches which are unspoilt and have a protected chain of sand dunes.
Travel
Easily accessible from both Valencia and Alicante airports. Valencia airport is approximately 70km from Gandia and Alicante airport approx 110km. Travelling from either airport is very straightforward via the motorway - A7. Car hire essential.
Distances
Monterrey is located a few kilometres from the traditional cosmopolitan town of Gandia. This area offers an array of local amenities and some of the most spectacular beaches on the whole coast. It is less than 1 hours drive from the dynamic city of Valencia which houses Europes largest leisure complex - City of Arts & Sciences and is also currently hosting the 32nd Americas Cup. Regular, reliable and economical train services run from Gandia & neighbouring Xeraco.
Further details
Most local beaches offer water sports including water skiing, surfing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing and diving. Horse riding stables can be located next to Oliva Nova Golf Course and there is a go-kart track nearby. Within 30 - 45 mins drive you can visit Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar Sea World, Terra Mittica Theme Park or Aqualandia Water Park. Alternatively you could visit Ibiza on a trip from Denia port, a 25 min drive away. There are other boat trips to be enjoyed, which travel up and down the coast and to nearby islands.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The balance payment together with a damage deposit of £200 (to cover losses, breakages etc.) is required 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure following a property check.
