Very attractive detached villa located on a quiet hillside in the residential area of Monte Corona. 8m x 4m swimming pool. The villa is located behind the town of Gandia with excellent views over green valleys and orange groves which lead down to the sea. 20 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Gandia and Oliva. Fully air conditioned bedrooms and living room. The villa has a large veranda (views are outstanding and ideal for watching the sunsets) a terrace, outdoor kitchen, barbacue, toilet, outdoor shower and patio seating for 6 people. No expense has been spared in decorating and making this villa a home from home. The TV, stereo, DVD, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a weekly linen service, (sheets and bath towels) are just some of the benefits that will make your holiday relaxing and unforgettable. Around the pool are sun loungers and a parasol. We do ask that guests do not smoke in the villa and please shower before entering the pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
£250 (350 euros) deposit is required to secure your booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional refundable deposit is required of £100 (140 euros) per booking for any damage or breakages.
Short stay prices and availability on request (minimum 2 night charge), starting price of £65 (90 euros) per night.
Changeover day
Rates are based on rental of the villa per week, ideally Monday to Monday, although we will consider and accept alterntaive days - we just find that Mondays is the cheapest day to fly! Short stays are welcome depending on availability and the season.

Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning and all rooms have gas central heating (radiators). The villa is suitable for young children as the new swimming pool (which includes a childrens paddling area) is fenced off to ensure that children do not play near the pool when unsupervised. Villa Bella is surrounded by stunning scenery. The extinct volcano of Safor towers above gently slopping wooded hills, decorated by an abundance of wild flowers. As you drive down the coast with the Mediteranean sea on your left, you will pass a safari park and (after 45 minutes) you arrive at Benidorm and its famous Terra Mitica theme park - it is a great day out - and nearby water park. The villa has an information file to assit in booking additional activities, markets and booking local restaurants.

Accessibility
The property is not suitable for the less-abled or elderly, as guests are required to walk up 10 steps to enter the property. The villa and patio/garden area are all on one level.
Outside
The swimming pool (which includes a children's paddling area) is approx 8m x 4m and is fenced off to ensure that children do not play near the pool when unsupervised. The villa has a large veranda (ideal for watching the sunsets) and a terrace with built-in barbecue, outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower and outdoor seating for 6 people.
Coast/Beach
Villa Bella is just 20 minutes from the blue flag sandy beaches of Gandia, Oliva and Daimus. Also a short drive away is the bustling town of Gandia itself, located at the northern tip of the Costa Blanca (on the Costa del Azahar), where you can buy almost anything in the wide range of shops and there are numerous and varied restaurants. When shopping with your credit card in Spain you will generally need to produce your passport, sign - in addition to hasving a pin number.
Golf
Both courses are within a 30-40 minute drive away. Details in house file in the villa. Oliva Nova Golf Club, (handicap cards required) Oliva, Valencia, Costa Blanca, Spain. Within walking distance of the Oliva Nova Hotel, the Oliva Nova golf course was designed by Severiano Ballesteros. The club, which has an 18 hole course, 5 hole par 3 course, practice greens, and driving range, occupies 50 hectares of land. La Sella Golf in Denia (5kms), Alicante. Travel
Use of car hire is essential. Valencia Airport is approx 1 hour away and Alicante 1.5 hours away. A number of airlines fly to Alicante and Valencia. Please contact for website addresses.
Distances
Food shopping is well catered for in the local village of Villalonga (5 minutes drive). In the other direction is the village of Ador. There are a variety of street cafes and restaurants in the local villages, but a more lively nightlife can be found nearby in Gandia Playa, Playa Grau which is 20 minutes away. Villa Bella is surrounded by stunning scenery. The extinct volcano of Safor towers above gently sloping wooded hills, decorated by an abundance of wild flowers, rosemary and asparagus.
