Property is a ground floor apartment and as such would be more than suitable and accessible with some assistance as the complex is serviced with lift and gated secure entrance and where possible the owner will provide help for such purpose.

Shared good sized Swimming pool which also has separate children's pool. Also plenty of sun beds and chairs. Toilets beside pool area. Never overcrowded due to small number of apartments. Apartment has barbeque, table and chairs for patio area enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
The Beach is only a brisk 5-7 minute walk from the Apartment. The Beach is long and excellent for sunbathing or walking village to village with the various beach bars where you can treat yourself to fresh seafood or drinks.

Sierra Nevada Ski Sope only 2 hour drive from area.

Malaga Airport is only 30 minutes drive and we would recommend car hire for your independence and comfort.

Only 10 minutes from Marbella and 'La Canada', which is a large shopping mall at entrance to Marbella. 15 minutes to Puerto Banus. 5 minutes to Calahonda or Elveria for good selection of bars and restaurants.
