Nestling on the edge of 'Golf Valley' La Quinta provides not only excellent golfing facilities, but is a good base for discovering Andalucia. San Pedro, 3 miles, provides excellent shopping and value for money eateries. Puerto Banus (for the nightlife) and Marbella are close by and Gibraltar is only an hour away. Seville and Granada are also within reach. Golfing facilities include 27 hole course, magnificent club house, driving range and the Manuel Pinero Golf Academy. Discounted green fees, if booked in advance, at La Quinta and some of the nearby golf courses. Lovely beaches at San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Estepona. The large sun terrace with dining table, 6 chairs and sun beds provides a relaxing area to start and finish your day.

Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday. Apartment available from 2pm on arrival day, must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is heated/air conditioned. Cots and highchairs can be provided (small additional cost).
Outside
There is a large sun terrace with dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers with awning to provide shade if necessary. The terrace overlooks a fairway on La Quinta golf course. Undercover car parking. Two shared swimming pools, one at each end of the apartment block are situated in pleasant gardens. Children’s pool also available.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach (10 mins drive) is at San Pedro, but Puerto Banus (12 mins drive) and Estepona (30 mins) also have lovely beaches.
Golf
La Quinta provides 27 hole golf course with driving range and the Manuel Pinero Golf Academy. The club house, within walking distance, provides excellent facilities, including log fires in winter, sun terrace and restaurant. There are numerous other golf courses within a 10 mile radius providing golf for all standards. Reduced green fees are available at La Quinta and some other courses if booked in advance through the management company.
Travel
Fly into Malaga and you are 45 mins away from the apartment or into Gibraltar 60 mins (hire of car is essential).

Malaga 45 mins. Marbella 15 mins. Puerto Banus 12 mins. San Pedro (town centre) 5 mins. Gibraltar 1 hour. Estepona 30 mins. Rhonda 1 hour.
Further details
Supermarkets, local shops, banks and restaurants are all conveniently situated in San Pedro. Benhavis, only 15 mins away, is full of interesting restaurants and worth a visit and Puerto Banus is a lovely place to ‘people watch’.
