An attractive Andalucian style 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with garden, patio and roof terrace. Close to all amenities and just a short drive from the airport. The property comprises of a small entrance garden at the front of the property with a covered shady terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a lounge/dinner with sofas, TV, music and DVD player (please bring your own CDs). There is a large dinning table with 6 chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, grill and washing machine. Also the ground floor contains a shower room with toilet facilities. On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite and access to its own balcony with excellent views. There are 2 further bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with twin beds and a family bathroom. The last flight of stairs lead you to the roof solarium with sun loungers and amazing views of the bay and mountains.

20 mins walk or 5 mins car drive to an amazing EU blue flag beach with palm trees and dunes. A short drive to loads of other beaches, salt lakes and natural parks. 15 mins by ferry from the island of Tabarca, which is also a natural park.
