Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts are available for bookings greater than 2 weeks - please ask. These rates are fully inclusive (no hidden cleaning or other charges) and are the lowest prices for Elegance apartments. If you find cheaper and we are not booked then save money on your holiday by contacting us - you will receive a prompt reply.
Suppliment of £50 per week for Christmas and New Year period.
Changeover day
Changeover day is completely flexible. The apartment is available on arrival from 5pm and should be vacated by 10am on departure, however these times are flexible depending upon other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning / de-humidifier circulates throughout the lounge and master bedroom providing cool comfort during the hot summer. There is also heating for the cooler months making it an ideal winter let. Cots and high chairs can be arranged.

Outside
The large private terrace has table and chairs for 'alfesco' dining. The communal facilities include a large dolphin-shaped pool together with shallow pools for toddlers to splash about in. There are landscaped gardens with an outside children’s playground and a covered entertainment area to provide shade from the mid-day sun.There is a gymnasium, sauna and aerobics room for the more energetic and a social lounge and business (internet) centre for those that need to keep in contact with home.
Coast/Beach
Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town rich in history and culture which provides interest for all the family with its 17th century castle, picturesque harbour and marina which offers daily sea voyages to Ibiza and Mallorca and 20km of gently sloping sandy beaches accredited by the World Health Organization with a blue flag standard and monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol.
Golf
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses with the 18 hole internationally renowned course at La Sella and the Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva only 20 mins away. There are 9 hole courses in Javea, Moiraira and Altea and very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are an hour’s drive away. Both are served by low cost airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair flying from many locations in the UK. An airport transfer service is available. Car hire can also be arranged for collection at the airport. Although a car is recommended it is not essential due to the apartment’s superb location - only 5 mins to the beach and town plus local bus and train services which takes you through to Benidorm and beyond.
Distances
Denia has a choice of beaches for those seeking watersports such as windsurfing, jet biking or sailing. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkeling and water skiing.
Further details
Apart from the sporting activities there is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 mins away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, Mundomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a theme Swimming Park ,Terra Natura an animal park and Terra Mitica a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
