Two double bed rooms, two bathrooms, very large spacious living area and brand new kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and full gas hob and oven. Large patio to the front of the Finca which overlooks the swimming area.

All linen and towels changed on a weekly basis, however for a small fee this could be twice weekly. |

Accessibility
Yes we are wheelchair friendly, we have a small ramp to the patio and small step into the house.
Outside
The large patio at the front of the finca has garden furniture for the guests use. Sun loungers around the pool area also supplied.
Coast/Beach
We have 2 coast lines within 90 mins drive of our property, one being Malaga and the other an unspoilt Spanish town called Salobrena.
Golf
Golf courses are based in and around Granada which is just 45 minutes drive.
Skiing
During the winter months, skiing is available at the Sierra Nevada resort which is also just 45 mins away.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for activity holidays with scenic walks, cliffs to climb, thousands of kilometres of tracks to explore on 2 wheels, fantastic scenery to paint, draw and photograph. Cyclists are provided with picturesque roads with breathtaking views.
Travel
Granada international airport is now open and provides cheap and reliable services from both Liverpool and Stansted , East Midlands,and Gatwick. However, Malaga Airport is just 90 mins away and they have numerous airlines who visit on twice daily routes.
Distances
Our very Spanish village is just 2 mins walk away, where there are local bars and two small local shops where you can purchase everything that you should require. However a large supermarket is just some 15 mins drive away. Alcala La Real is a very Spanish town and has many places of interest, along with Montefrio which is not so far away. Granada however is a must when visiting this area.
Further details
The Alhambra Palace in Granada has fantastic views and is a definite must when visiting this area. Booking may be required during peak season.

Please let us know as soon as you can your dates to avoid disappointment, we require 50% deposit on booking, which can be paid into our English account for your convenience and the balance to be paid on arrival in Euros. A security deposit may be taken also on arrival to cover any damage, but will be returned in full if not used on your departure.
