The resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are 25 mins away, making the property the perfect base from which to explore the area.

Outside
Large terrace/patio area and private garden to the rear with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The rear of the property enjoys sunshine all day. The house is unique to the development in that it also boasts a large sun terrace to the front where you can watch the sun set over the hills. There is a large shared pool plus smaller plunge pool surrounded by tropical gardens. There is ample parking for 3 cars to front of property.
Coast/Beach
The property is 300 metres from the closest beach which boasts views of the African coastline and Gibraltar. There is a large friendly chiringuito (beach bar)at the entrance. The beach links the area directly to La Duquesa marina which is a 20 minute walk away, passing Sabinillas (and a variety of watersports and cafes/bars) on the way.
Golf
The property is perfectly located for most of the Costa Del Sol's premier golf courses. The new courses of Dona Julia and the Jack Nicklaus Academy at Finca Cortesin are 2 mins from the property, La Duquesa is 5 mins away, and the championship courses of Sotogrande and Valderrama are within 15 mins by car. The courses at La Quinta and Marbella can be found a further 10 mins on. Reduced green fees can be arranged at most courses.
Travel
New scheduled flights into Gibraltar mean that you are only 25 mins away from the property. The larger airport at Malaga offers a wider range of carriers and is 50 mins away by car. Whilst a car is not essential, it is recommended to make the most of your holiday.
Distances
The small Spanish resort of Sabinillas offering supermarkets, banks and pharmacy, etc is 2 minutes away by car. The larger resort of Duquesa with its marina, bars and restaurants is 5 minutes by car/taxi. Gibraltar and its tax-free shopping is 25 minutes away and the cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are 30 minutes away by car. The picturesque 'hanging village' of Casares and its excellent views of the whole area is 20 minutes drive in land.
