Notes on accommodation
The apartment is a very secure ground floor apartment and ideal for small children. It has direct access from the kitchen door to a family pool and children's pool.
Outside
Sunny verandah with patio table and chairs. Garden with sun loungers and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Less than a 10 min walk away is a 7km long promenade with an uncrowded sandy beach, beach cafes and play areas.
Golf
Numerous golf courses within easy reach. The world renowned La Manga Club is a 20 min drive south whilst Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin are 15 mins north. 2 further courses within a 5 min drive opened in 2006.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) is a 5 min drive away and Alicante 55 minute drive. Cheap car hire is available but is not necessary as taxis can be arranged.
Distances
The historical town of Cartagena is a 15 min drive away and Murcia 30 mins. Both of these can be reached by an efficient local bus service as can Alicante an hour away.
Further details
Los Alcazares still maintains its Spanish traditions with many Fiestas taking place. The largest being in October when the whole town takes part.
