Boasting 320 days of sunshine a year to enjoy 7km of safe, clean blue flag beaches, numerous bars, restaurants and local markets. 10 minutes from Murcia´s San Javier airport, this large 3 bed, air conditioned town house overlooks the large pool in a tranquil garden environment and is ideally placed to visit the cities of Cartagena and Murcia. The famous La Manga sports complex and a choice of several other golf courses are a short drive away.

Accessibility

Outside
There are pleasant gardens at the front and rear of the property set with tables and chairs for outside dining, they offer both sun and shade. The garden areas are gated and therefore safe for small children. Very large pool and separate infant pool surrounded by grass and palm trees provide a very comfortable environment. There is plenty of shade in the grounds and around the house.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minute walk to the safe blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor. Ideal for families. Extensive watersports facilities nearby. Numerous beach bars provide excellent food, drinks and clean toilet facilities.
Golf
There are a variety of excellent golf courses, including the famous La Manga Club, a short drive away. Roda Golf 18 holes. Dave Thomas design (5 minutes.) La Serena 18 holes, 16 with water! (5 minutes) Polaris World Mar Menor resort 9 holes. Dave Thomas design. This course is part of the Jack Nicklaus golf trail. (5 minutes.) Club hire and transport arranged.

Travel
Nearest airport is Murcia/San Javier (10 minutes). We offer a meet & Greet service from Murcia. Ask for details. Alicante airport 50 minutes. Car hire is recommended but is not essential as there is an excellent bus service in the area.

10 minutes walk to centre of Los Alcazares and 5 minutes to several bars and restaurants.
Historic city and seaport of Cartagena 20 minutes drive.
Beautiful cities of Murcia 30-35 minutes and Alicante 50 minutes drive.
Further details
This is a place to relax, chill out and enjoy the sun. Walk along the beach and stop off at a beach bar for the famous tapas and a drink. For the more energetic, the area is excellent for watersports, golf, tennis, cycling, walking or even horse riding. Local fiestas take place on certain dates throughout the year.
