Welcome to the unspoilt coastline of Costa Del Azahar, the Orange Blossom Coast. Alcossebre is a real spanish village, surrounded by orange groves with the mountains on one side, sea on the other and within a national park area, so no high rises here! Alcossebre boasts 5 beautiful blue flag beaches, the best of which is within walking distance. Restaurants, shop, bakery and bank are 5 mins away and the centre with it wide choice of shops, restaurants, promenade and busy marina is just a little further. The property is spacious and furnished to our exacting standards with comfort in mind and overlooks landscaped gardens with 3 pools, including childs area. One of the few properties on this small development with UK satellite TV. With 3 terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day long and in the evening retreat to the rooftop solarium with a drink and enjoy the sunset over the mountains! What can be better?

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted double wardrobe and patio doors to large 1st floor terrace with table and 4 chairs.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom with toilet, bidet, basin & bath with shower.
Downstairs shower room with toilet & basin.
Hairdryers are provided.
Kitchen: Kitchen with window overlooking private driveway, double sink, oven with hob, washing machine, large fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and a wide range of pots, pans and utensils.
Living Rooms: Large open plan living area with air conditioning that spills out onto the spacious ground floor terrace. Large 'L' shaped sofa with UK satellite TV, DVD, separate radio/CD player, dining table and 4 chairs. Terrace also has large table and 4 chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath and hand towels and all linen is included and changed weekly. Beach towels are not included.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for families, one of the few in this development with UK satellite TV. Sun loungers and even a cool box for picnics! Hot and cold air conditioning. No pets.
Our house is one of the best in the area due to our attention to the little details that other owners ignore. For example:

Outside
This property overlooks the largest of three separate landscaped gardens, all linked and each with a pool. The development is gated and very secure. It has a private driveway and there is a childrens play area with swings etc close by. All terraces have a patio table and 4 chairs.
This area can get very hot in high season so we have had a 2-piece blind set fitted to the main terrace so you can relax in full shade if desired.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to the nearest beach which is made up of rocky headlands with small sandy coves (ideal for fishing). Further beaches are within 10 minutes. Plenty of sandy blue flag beaches with volley ball and basket ball nets, slides, climbing frames and play areas. Watersports in season, to include pedalos, wind surfing, scuba diving, jet sking and cruises.

Golf
Two 18 hole golf courses within approx 30 minutes drive one is the renowned Bernhard Langer Panoramica Golf Course.

Skiing
Approximately 90 minutes drive to Spanish Ski Resort at Valdinares.

Travel
Valencia airport approx 1 hour. Barcelona airport approx 2 hour motorway drive. Reus Airport approx 1 hour.

Distances
A car is recommended to fully explore and appreciate this beautiful area of Spain. The Orange Blossom Coast has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, and secret coves. It also has one of the most mountainous regions in Spain, with medieval villages and outstanding landscapes. Places to visit include Morella, a medieval walled town and Peniscola with its old town and famous castle over looking the sea. Port Aventura has a fantastic themed water park and Universal Studios Theme Park.

Further details
Horse riding and quad biking are available activities, water park approx 20 mins away. Local shops provide an ample selection of quality produce with super and hypermarkets at nearby Benicarlo, Vinaros and Castellon approximately 20 and 30 minutes drive repectively. An abundance of local restaurants, cafe and Tapas bars, provide a wide range of good quality food to suit all tastes.

Please book direct with owners, 25% deposit required with booking and balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. £200 damage deposit fully returnable on inspection within 7 days of return.

Guest comments
We had a lovely family holiday here. The house is kept to a very high standard, and is a real home from home, very comfortable. The pool is ideal and never very busy. The owners have thought of everything you would need for a perfect holiday. Resort is very nice, and there are several good beaches. Car is required to get to the main town, to far to walk. We have recommended this holiday to all our freinds and family. Definately would think about going back again. (Mrs G, Southampton)

We found the property very well equiped, comfortable, modern, clean and in well cared for surrounding gardens and pool. The furnishings are very pleasant and homely. The owners are very helpful, providing a lot of useful information.
There were a lot of families, many Spanish families, with children of all ages. The pool was never crowded and the atmosphere was friendly and peaceful (Mrs B, Germany)
