This luxurious apartment is situated within the perimeter of famous La Manga Golf Club and the La Manga strip. With a choice of 3 swimming pools and a jacuzzi plus an indoor heated pool and sauna plus gym and children’s pool and play area this apartment provides which makes this an ideal location for couples and families. There is secure and private underground car parking for each apartment with lift access to all floors. A few minutes away is the famous La Manga strip. The La Manga Strip is a unique location in Europe, it is a strip of land 21km long separating the Mediterranean Sea from the Mar Menor. Along it’s coast on both sides, there are beautiful ‘blue flag’ beaches with white sands, ideal for family holidays. Even in the height of the season, they never get packed and claustrophobic.

La Manga Golf Club is 5 min away from the complex and boasts beautiful, top quality courses in an ideal, year-round climate. La Manga Golf Club is the perfect golf destination and has been affiliated with golf and has 3 full championship courses and outstanding practice facilities. The resort has also recently been chosen as the official winter training base of the German PGA in Spain. Many international tournaments have been hosted at La Manga Club, including the Spanish Open, Spanish PGA Championships, Spanish Junior Championships, Ladies' Spanish Open and Senior Spanish Open for men, not to mention countless televised corporate and celebrity golf events
Travel
The apartment is located 20 mins away from Murcia airport and a car hire is recommended, though not essential.
Distances
Places of interest include Islas Hormigas: Divers agree that the Islas Hormigas, a marine reserve off the coast of Cabo de Palos, is one of Spain's best dive sites. Go-Carting 5 mins away, scuba diving, wind surfing, water skiing all within a short distance.
Further details
There are local shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket all within walking distance of the apartment. If it's the nightlife your after then La Manga strip is the place for you, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, only a 5-10 min taxi ride.
Booking notes
£100 will be required to secure your booking. The balance of the monies plus a deposit of £150 to cover any damage or breakages will be required 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If booking less than 8 weeks of your departure date, then a full payment plus £100 breakage deposit will be required to secure your booking. Note that the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your return date. The accommodation provided is for the sole use of the persons stipulated on the booking.
