The property overlooks an open area suitable for children to play within sight of parents. A section of this area is scheduled to be developed with communal pool facilities. The house is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Coast/Beach
The Mar Menor (Inland Sea) is a beautiful area with calm, shallow water, ideal for children. In addition, the area is famous for its water sport facilities. The area retains a traditional Spanish flavour and resists the commercialisation of other regions.

Golf
The area has a number of excellent golf courses. Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor and La manga are all within easy driving distance. In addition, a number of new courses are under construction in the Murcia area.

Special interest holidays
The region is famous for its therapeutic mud baths and the area is rich in natural interest. Cartegena and Murcia are within 30 - 45 minutes drive and represent a worthwhile day trip to enjoy the history and culture of the region.

Travel
Murcia San Javier airport is less than 15 mins drive from the house. Alicante less than 1 hour. Airport transfers can be arranged (extra cost). The house is within walking distance of the beach, local shops and facilities. However, car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the facilities available in the area. Collection from airport can be arranged.

Booking notes
To book or check availability please telephone or email the owners (email preferred). A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking with the balance 6 weeks before departure. Deposits will not be refunded if bookings are cancelled 6 weeks or less before arrival. House keys will be posted to you on receipt of the balance of the rental payment. A deposit of £20.00 should be added to your payment. This will be refunded on return of the keys.
