Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds and are for 6 persons maximum. Discount for 2 weeks rental or longer. Long term lets and monthly lets are negotiable.
Changeover day
During the peak summer months, bookings would be from a Saturday to a Saturday, arrivals after 4pm and departure before 11am. Outside of peak times we are fully flexible with changeover days and times.

There is air conditioning downstairs with central heating throughout.
No pets please.
Outside
We have a private 7m x 3m pool with outside shower and four sun loungers. There is a large sun terrace with table and four chairs, and a covered patio with outdoor fan, dining table and six chairs.
Coast/Beach
You are just a few minutes drive away from the lovely sandy beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor lagoon, awarded the blue flag standard for cleanliness. There are other resorts, including the La Manga strip, within a 30 minutes drive, with a wide variety of water sports available.
The fishing village of Cabo de Palos, with an excellent selection of seafood restaurants, is about a 20 minutes drive south. The historic town of Cartagena, 30 minutes drive, is also well recommended a visit.
Golf
The villa is located on the brand new 18 hole golf course, designed by Dave Thomas, due to be extended to 18 holes. A handicap certificate is required and rates for play can be supplied on request. There are numerous other courses in the area including La Manga, Villa Martin, Campoamar, La Finca and Mosa Trajectum.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia San Javier, about a 10 minutes drive by car. Alicante airport is about a 45 minutes drive. We can arrange for you to be collected if required.
Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of everything the Murcia region has to offer.
Distances
The local resort of Los Alcazares is a 5 minutes drive away with a range of tapas bars, cafes and restaurants. The historic city of Murcia, the capital of the region, is 30 km away and is certainly recommended a visit. Cartagena, Spain’s oldest Roman port is 20 km away. There is also much to explore inland in the Murcia region, with 2 national parks less than 30 minutes drive away.
Further details
Access to the resort is by a security gate and there is 24-hour security on-site. The resort has an excellent restaurant, two bars, social club, communal pool with children’s pool, small supermarket (with a good wine selection), gym and hairdresser. Please contact us for any further information you require.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with the final payment, and a security deposit of £150, required 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be returned after your stay (subject to breakages or damage) once the villa has been inspected and keys returned.
