This property has good wheelchair access. It is possible to access all rooms in the property and manoeuvre outside with ease.

The outside area is fully equipped with sun shades, plenty of tables and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.
The swimming pool is 7 mtres by 3,5 meters and is for the private use of the residents of villa. There is an abundance of space surrounding the swimming pool, and in addition there is a separate patio area.
Coast/Beach
There are three main beach areas in l'Escala, Ampuries, Riells and Montgo, all are soft sand, all excellent swimming and snorkelling, winsurfing conditions, lifeguards and first aid posts are on all beaches. Walking times from the villa to Montgo 15 mins, Riells 10 mins and Ampuries is a 10 min with car.
