Your detached Villa stands on a corner plot, in a delightful area, just off the main road leading down to the 'blue flag' award-winning beach. On the road to the beachfront are several shops including 2 modern hair salons, sandwich bar, couple of cafe-bars and 2 small supermarkets handy for picking up any supplies needed on the way back. Nearby (2mins drive) are 2 large Spanish supermarkets and 3 mins drive an English shop selling branded foods including frozen, also open on Sun morns - ideal for late Saturday arrivals. Health Clinic (plus dentist) 5mins drive from Villa 'Pay & You Go'. Drive to the seafront (4mins), 2 large car parks in front of the promenade - adjacent to the Red Cross building (manned plus sea-rescue). Further along the High St are 2 Banks, Bakers, Newsagent, Postbox, Hardware store, 2 small Supermarkets. 2/3 Cash-points, Internet office & Chemist. Fronting the promenade are lots more bars and restaurants each with a magnificent sea view! Come, relax & enjoy!

N.B. child friendly: villa and garden all fully enclosed by a high wall, which completely surrounds the villa/garden and drive.
For your comfort all windows have curtains as well as blinds, not in 'mozzie' area but all windows have 'mozzie' nets so can be left open all day/night if you wish.
Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking inside - ashtrays provided outside. Smoke alarm.

Outside
A tiled terracotta terrace surrounds all 4 sides of the property, with a large rear patio area outside the backdoor - spanning the full width of the villa. There are table and chairs, sun-loungers, for 'al fresco' etc. Pretty garden with flowers, plants and fruit trees framing the lawn for you to sit and relax in.
Parking for 1/2 cars all enclosed within the plot by high wall. Pedestrian gate (key-locked). Vehicle entrance (remote control). Automatic lights outside back and front doors.
Coast/Beach
It's a 4mins drive from your Villa to the sea & main beach front at 'Playa La Barrosa' - however this could be a 25mins walk back, possibly both hot and tiring. For this reason we strongly recommend the hire of a car from the airport where local prices are very good.
Golf
There are 2 courses both 10 mins drive away.
1. San Andres is a 9-hole course at present (back 9 being built now) no need to book.
2. Novo Sancti Petri is a 36-hole course, with full club-house, facilities, bar and restaurant.
In addition there are 3/4 other courses 30-40 mins (approx) drive away, including the Montemedio course which comes highly recommended!
Travel
Airport distances to Villa:
Jerez airport: 30 mins drive - fly Ryanair from Stansted. Gibraltar airport: 60 mins drive - fly Monarch, FlyGib and BA. Seville airport: 90 mins drive - fly Ryanair from Liverpool & many other locations.
Malaga airport: 2.5 hours drive - fly from Bristol, Doncaster, Dublin and many others.
Faro airport: 2 hours drive fly - from various UK and other airports.
Distances
The town of San Fernando is 20mins drive by car. At the Bahia Sur (shopping mall) you'll find excellent shops & boutiques with great prices! Also the 'Carrefour' hypermarket.
All indoors so handy standby for the 'odd' wet day. Cities of Jerez 30mins, Cadiz 50mins and Seville 90mins, all within easy reach for sightseeing. Gibraltar (Tax-Free haven) is a 60mins drive - ideal for a day out in 'a little piece of Britain'.
