The townhouse is only a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Just a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walking distance from the beach, bars, cafe’s and restaurants in Torreblanca. It is in an ideal location to access many of the local resorts such as Malaga, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Calahonda, Mijas and a 1 - 2 hour drive away from the Ronda Valley, Granada and Sierra Nevada mountains and ski resort. It sleeps 8 with a travel cot for infants.

A local restaurant is situated approximately 150 yards from the house. Round the corner is an hotel which has a bar open to non-residents. Newly opened mini supermarket and restaurant approximately 500 yards away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 20% booking fee is paid on confirmation of booking. If paying by paypal with credit card the full balance is to be received 8 weeks prior to start of holiday, 10 weeks if paying by cheque. A £100 bond is paid which is refundable after inspection of the property to allow for breakages, accidental damage etc.
