Kitchen: Family room Italian designer kitchen dining/seating for six, full granite work tops, built-in oven and ceramic hot plates,fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stainless extractor. Plenty storage space.
Utility Room: Pool side utility room fitted with a washing machine, iron board and internal breakfast kitchen with fridge/freezer/microwave kettle, toaster. San Jaime has hot and cold air-conditioning over all floor levels.
Living Rooms: Dining for 6 persons. Luxury sea view lounge, some freeview TV, DVD, living area tastefully decorated, furnished with seating up to 6 leather recliner, glass patio sliding door leading directly to the sea view open - covered terrace with furniture.
Other: Long stay extra discounts book just the Penthouse master bedroom sleeping 2 persons and save on rental costs for 28 days or more low season. Full private use of the villa Outside: private swimming pool with 6 sun beds around all the sunny terrace all day.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All prices are fully inclusive fresh towels/bedlinen are included, the villa is fully cleaned and pre-paired ready for you. All beds made up on the day of your day of arrival. Daily or weekly cleaning and linen service is available if required.

 

Notes on accommodation
All Bedrooms are fitted with built in double wardrobes. The penthouse master bedroom suite has its own hot-cold air-conditioning built in unit and ceiling paddle fan, lower ground floor two bedrooms have hallway filtered air conditioning these bedroom internal doors are normally kept part open to enable the hot or cold air flow, ceiling and paddle fans are provided. Please Note all Long term rentals are available low season low cost and ideal for 2 persons to book for 28 day or more plus utilities heat/air conditioning, with get away prices from just £300 per week these carry a surcharge on based on usage for H/C air-con for gas and electric meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay for consumption - usage via our local property managers James and Brett click on owners web site for full terms and conditions of rental in Spain. Accessibility
We are very sorry the villa internal circular marble staircase is really not suitable for people with full mobility problems due to the internal stairs leading to the bedrooms and pool terraces.

Outside
Enter from roadside to the villas private locked gated car park ideal for one average MPV or 2 average cars (Clio/Fiesta) can be parked. Your private kidney shaped swimming pool, the pool has built in roman steps which is ideal for children, a Built in BBQ is provided on the main sunny terrace, a external hot and cold shower is next to the private swimming pool with 6 sunbeds set around the large pool terrace all together to enjoy the sun. We have a full size portable table tennis and floaters for your holiday enjoyment.

Step down from the pool terrace to the lower Mediterranean garden with a feature palm tree to keep out of the sun and cool off.

Coast/Beach
The fine sandy beaches and coves are all less than 2.5km away driving time for El Portet (5 mins), Moraira 3km. Jet skiing are in Moraira. Local Tennis courts are available, ideal for walking, sailing and water sports. Location of the villa is ideal and just 5 minutes drive direct into Moraira. El Portets fine sandy beach cove is just 2.5km away. Our local Mercadona Supermarket and the famous Rusty's just 800mts away on the main Moraira to Benitachell Coast Road.

Golf
We have 3 golf courses all within easy reach of the villa - from Benitachell - Javea Coast Road which is just 5 minutes away. Golf Ifach 15 mins drive away on the way to Calpe. Championship course at Oliva 30 mins. The Villa has a full size table-tennis under the lower ground floor covererd terrace.

Special interest holidays
Ideal for a walking holiday most locations are on hillsides in and around Moraira. You can enjoy just the views around these exclusive "Vall Paradise Villas" which are spectacular to say the least.

Moraira is quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore.Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away. ?There are many places of interest to see on day excursions. If you like open markets then, aside from the weekly Friday market held next to the beach, you could plan a visit every day of the week to the various markets held in neighbouring towns and villages

Travel
Alicante Airport 65 miles closest heading (north) towards Benidorm - Calpe less than 1 hour easy drive or from Valencia 85 miles heading (south) 1.20 hour max driving time, join the main motorway A70-AP7 from Alicante leading directly to exit 63 at Benissa - Tuelada. Our local Train Station Teulada is just 10 minute drive with free parking for trips to Alicante city - Benidorm - Denia - Valencia.

Distances
Moraira town center 5 mins max. Local Mercadona supermarket just 0.8 km away. The villa is just 1.5 km short drive to all local Banks, plenty of local restaurants to visit, plus wine and tapas bars in Moraira and Javea resorts.

Whilst in Moraira take a trip down memory lane when you visit the famous Munroe's its help yourself to a full roast carvery offering the best value for money in town or visit Leos "Rib" shack still the same great value meals from €8.95 - Visit the great Funky Monkey for a light snack including pan fried Fajita Wraps.Local Childrens Fair Ground every day next to the free car park.

Pre Reservation deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance of rental to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. Fully refundable £250 security deposit for keys or breakages is payable with your final account balance.
