Casa Olivo is a spacious detached villa, located in the La Cala area of Javea, close to the beauty spots of Cabo de la Nao and La Granadella. This is a quiet, residential area, yet within easy reach of facilities; several restaurants, supermarket and tennis club are within 1km, while the lively Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, bars and restaurants, is approximately 5km, and the attractive port area and old town of Javea are a 10 minute drive. Casa Olivo is laid out on one level, but there is a half-flight of steps leading up from the parking area to the villa front door/pool level. There is a large living/dining room, with patio doors opening onto a shaded ‘naya’ overlooking the pool. Outside, the naya is ideal for relaxing and dining in the shade. The private 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, and terrace for sunbathing are set within private gated landscaped gardens.

Notes on prices
A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total holiday price is required on reservation, with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a refundable security deposit of £150.
For 2 week holidays we also offer a change of laundry half way through your stay at a cost of £50, and a meet and greet service also can be available on arrival to the villa at a cost of £20, both charges will be deducted from security deposit on your return.
Changeover day
Saturday changeovers preferred, although this is flexible subject to other reservations. Meet and greet service available from our villa managers.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, Dining room table and 6 chairs, cable television (BBC/ITV/Sky Sports, Sky News, CBeebies), DVD player, Playstation and Mini CD System (you can also use ipod with audio lead.) |
| Other: | Casa Olivo has gas central heating for those slightly colder autumn/winter evenings. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
On arrival the beds will be made up, and all hand/shower towels, bathmats and tea towels are provided. For stays over a week, linen/towels can be changed at a cost of £50. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and insect nets on the windows. There is also one large ceiling fan in the lounge area. Cot/high chair are also available.

Outside
The gardens are fully landscaped, with a flat grassed area on one side, and planted gravelled areas around the rest of the property. The 8x4m private swimming pool with Roman steps is south facing, and attracts the sun all day. Pool lights can be switched on at dusk. There are six luxury sun loungers, a large parasol for shade on the sun terrace and a barbecue. The covered naya has a dining table that comfortably seats 6.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Barraca (shingle) and local beauty spot of La Granadella (shingle) are within 2-3 minutes drive. For those keen to get back to nature, there is a naturists beach at Ambolo. The main Arenal beach is 5-10 minutes drive away. This is safe, large, flat a sandy beach, ideal for children.
Golf
Javea Golf Club's 9 hole course is located approximately 10 minutes away between Javea and Benitachell. The La Sella Golf Club is situated approximately 20 minutes away, and is the premier 18 hole course in the area.
Special interest holidays
Casa Olivo is approximately 30 minuteds drive from the theme park attractions of Benidorm (Aqualandia, Mundomar,Terra Mitica/Terra Natura).
Travel
Javea is approximately half way betwen Alicante and Valencia, so both airports offer good access via the motorway. Transfer times from either airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Car hire is recommended.
