Nestling on a hillside in a mature garden plot filled with exotic plants, the whole place is geared to relaxation whilst being only 10 minutes away from the buzz and fun of Lloret de Mar. Set in a quiet Spanish residential area, a large outside patio and dining area leads to a lawn and on up to multiple terraces. At the top of the garden is a large BBQ area where you can enjoy extensive views of the countryside and Pyrenees. Easily accessible to all coastal resorts along the beautiful Costa Brava and to Barcelona and Girona.

Arrivals at 16.00 hours and depatures no later than 10.00 hours.

Outside
Patio, dining area leading onto pool and lawn. Mature secluded garden with multiple terraces and walkways leading to a large BBQ area. There are several sitting areas in sunny and shady spots. Other furniture includes
sun loungers and various tables and chairs. The gardens are lit so that whole area can be used in the evening.
Coast/Beach
This is the perfect starting point to explore the fabulous rugged coastline of the region. The beaches of Lloret and Fanals are 10 minutes drive away. Other quieter and smaller inlets are easily reached by car. Santa Christina Beach is perfect for snorkelling and great for the kids. 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses in the immediate area and many more can be found within a 30 minute driving radius.
Skiing
Skiing in the Pyrenees approximately 2 hours drive time away to suit all levels.
Travel
Air: Girona airport 15 minutes by car. Barcelona airport 1 hour and 15 mins. Bus:Local buses to Lloret, Blanes & Girona. Major bus depot in Lloret. Train Stations: Blanes (20 mins) for coastal resorts and Barcleona. Sils or Malavella (15 mins) for fast trains to Barcelona and Girona. Car Hire: Car hire is recommended to get the most out of this lovely area. Hertz and Avis function out of the airport or Europcar from Lloret. Other local providers can be found.

Booking notes
A deposit of 300 Euros is required to confirm the booking. The full rental balance and a refundable deposit of 500 Euors payable 5 weeks before arrival. Refundable deposit will be reimbursed 10 days after departure less any damages, telephone call charges or heating fuel costs. Strictly non-smoking. Renters under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

The villa was very clean and everything was there that we needed, the tiered garden was lovely to look at as well as making it very secluded. The pool and BBQ area were both great and as our children are not bothered about going out too much we were very relaxed whilst enjoying the gorgeous weather.
