£75 deposit is required on booking plus £80 security deposit paid back at end of holiday. Full payment must be made 4 weeks before departure. If holiday is booked less than 8 weeks before departure full payment please.

The nearest beach is 5 miles. There are numerous beaches close by, all blue flag with all kinds of water sports.
The apartment is situated on the Villamartin Golf Complex. There are 3 championship golf courses in the immediate area: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campormor.
How to get there
Alicante airport is 30 miles away (35 minutes drive) and Murcia (San Javier) airport 17 miles (15 minutes on motorway).
Car hire can be arranged, and also airport pickup.
There is an excellent road network which will take you to Torrevieja, a 10 minute drive. Also within easy distance are the towns of Benidorm, La Manga, Alicante, Calpe, as are the beach resorts of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig etc.
The apartment is very carefully maintained by the owners who live in Spain, and who realise the need for 1st class accommodation. There are excellent bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, a lively area in which to thoroughly enjoy yourself.
Villamartin Golf Complex also has a tennis court and a top class restaurant. It is situated very close to the beach resorts. The apartment is on the Villamartin Plaza complex which contains numerous bars, restaurants and shops. There is a solarium on top of the apartment.
Activities available in the locality include: cycling, fishing, golf, horse-riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, waterskiing, windsurfing.

"Great Holiday "
We arrived in villa martin last Wednesday 11th September, we were pleasantly surprised when we seen the apartment as it was nice and spacious with everything we needed. It was in a great location looking over the pool and the gold course, so we had a lovely view every morning from our balcony whilst eating breakfast. The apartment was also in a great location for getting to the plaza, but it was not too close for it to be noisy. Advise everyone to go the plaza with its many restaurants and live singers, great atmosphere :-).. we went the new boulevard, it was good bit we felt it was a waste of a day because It is nothing different to what we have at home but just not the usual shops you get in Spain. La Zenia beach was lovely and we spent the day there, I would advise anyone to just get a taxi there for 6 euro rather than waiting for the bus because it is never on time. Overall we were really happy with the apartment, the location, the size, how clean it was and how helpful the owners were before and during are stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing and families with young children
About the Owner
We have been running the holiday apartment for the last nine years, it has proved to be very popular with young and old alike.
We have completely updated the interior of the studio and we think that it will be a definite improvement for our guests. We now also do a complementary breakfast which comprises of Tea/Coffee and Toast butter and Jam, which can be served alfresco or in our Breakfast Room during the colder winter months. We do appreciate our guests and endevour to make them feel most welcome, if we can help our guests in anyway, we will always try.
