The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after departure. The linen and towels and provided for the duration of the term of the rental. However we do not provide beach or pool towels. Additional cleaning can be provided (as discussed with agent).

The apartment is suitable for families, golfers, disabled, couples, romantic breaks, golfing weekends, groups. An ideal location for children as there are three swimming pools, 3 children's pool and one heated pool just 2 mins from the apartment. There are lots of aqua parks and zoos nearby making this a fantastic family holiday. Horse riding stable approxinately 5 mins away. The accommodation is tasteful, and comfortable, has hot and cold air conditioning in all the rooms. Free broadband use and secure, underground, allocated parking. 2 tennis courts. Beautiful, landscaped gardens, tranquil and safe.

The apartment is on ground level and is easily accessible for a wheelchair.

Beautiful lush lanscaped garden. Well maintained by the gardeners. The fantastic sunny double terrace is private and accommodates 6 people easily. There are also 2 sun loungers. There are 2 tennis courts. Three swimming pools. 3 children's pools and 1 heated pool. There is a lifeguard in the summer months, an added security for families with children.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches of La Cala is 10 mins by car. Fuengirola beach is accessible by car and is approximately 15 mins by car.

Golf
La Cala Golf Resort is approximately 10 mins away. Mijas Golf Resort is 10 mins away. Miraflores Golf is 15 mins away. Santana Golf Course - 5 mins away.

Skiing
The nearest ski resort Sierra Nevada is one and a half hours away.

Special interest holidays
There are several places nearby for horse riding, sailing, scuba diving and there are lots of walking activities. There are lots of museums and churches to visit nearby and in the surrounding areas.

Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga which is approx 15km (20 mins drive) For those who like a scenic cheaper route, Granada does cheap air fares and can be accessed in about 1 and a half hours.

Distances
The nearest village is the La Cala de Mijas which is 10 mins by car. The old Mijas Pueblo town is about 15 mins by car. Here you will be able to ride on the donkeys or do some sightseeing at the many churches.

Further details
There is shops open on the urbanisation. However if those of you who require a drive out, there are shops down in La Cala de Mijas. The local supermarket Supersol is open most days until late. There are a number of banks also down at La Cala. For those who require shopping very late at night there is a 24 hour shop at Riveria del Sol.

Booking notes
To secure a booking we require just £100 deposit (non refundable). The remainder of the monies are required 8 weeks prior to departure. However if the holiday is within eight weeks prior to booking then the full amount is required. There is a £200 security deposit which is fully refundable once our agent inspects the Inventory.

Dear Sue, we have just completed a two week holiday at La Cala and we have had a fab holiday in your apartment. We found it to be as it was advertised on the website, very quiet and private, which is good when you have little ones. The heated swimming pool was a huge bonus when you kids want to be in the water for 3 hours at a time! On the whole we have found it to be a great home base for out 2 week break. Would highly recommend staying there.
