This 4 bedroom villa with private 9 x 4m heated pool and full air-conditioning, is nestled in a quiet position on this 5* resort. Only 2 mins walk from the resort centre with facilities which include luxurious social centre with bars, restaurant, fantastic swimming pool, tennis court, 9 hole golf course (soon to be 18 holes) and 5* hotel with many bars and restaurants. The villa has been luxuriously furnished throughout and offers the most spacious accommodation available where 8 people will fit comfortably and with the benefit of a partly enclosed outside terrace with additional dining table and chairs and sofa with armchairs (not patio furniture), therefore allowing you to sit outside in absolute comfort and enjoy those long Summer evenings. There is also outside garden furniture which sits around the heated swimming pool. Los Alcazares is only 5 mins drive with numerous restaurants, facilities and stunning beaches.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Excluding a charge for cleaning/laundry. A £200 bond is required on booking.
Payment in Euros is acceptable at the current rate. An extra £200 per week is charged for the pool heating if required.
Changeover day
Changeover is normally on Saturday, but this maybe flexible in less busy periods. Villa is available from 5pm & should be vacated by 10am (in order to allow for villa to be cleaned) this maybe flexible so please ask.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has full air conditioning plus ceiling fans in each bedroom and lounge plus central heating which is useful if the villa is rented in the winter. There is a travel cot and highchair which can be put in either the 1st or 4th bedroom. Please note: Strictly no smoking in villa or in covered terrace and no pets.
Outside
Outside there is a private 9x5m (max) heated swimming pool and a south facing terracotta paved terrace. 6 sun loungers and 6 garden chairs, dining table and parasol plus 2 coffee tables.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Los Alcazares is literally only about a 5 minute (6 km) drive from the resort, where you will find the most lovely golden sandy beaches & the warm Mar Menor waters lapping up to the beach with the added benefit of having no waves as it is part of the largest lagoon in Europe.
Golf
The Costa Calida is the becoming known as the "new golf valley" so not only do you have the benefit of a fantastic 9 hole "Dave Thomas" designed course on site, with a putting green & driving range (nb. you need to bring your handicap card with you to play on this course), but there is also an array of other courses nearby, such as:- Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin, La Finca, Mosa Trajectum, plus the world famous "La Manga club" with its 3 championship courses, plus another 5 courses will be opening fairly soon.
Travel
San Javier airport is only 10 minutes drive from the resort which is now used by many low cost airlines from most UK airports. Alternatively Alicante airport is only approximately 50 minutes drive. A hire car is recommended in order to take advantage of the various places of interest in the area.
Distances
The 2 local towns of Torre Pacheco & Los Alcazares are approximately 5 minutes drive. Slightly further afield is the roman city of Cartagena approx 20 minutes drive. Murcia city is approx 30 minutes drive. Locally there are many lovely beaches.
Further details
There is something for everyone in the area, not only golf, there is also an abundance of water sports, all around the Mar Menor canoeing, wind surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, sub aqua diving are available. Also walking, cycling & many sites of interest to visit.
Booking notes
A 50% booking fee is required when booking (or in full if booking with less than 8 weeks to travelling) & the balance has to be paid 8 weeks prior to travelling plus a deposit of £200 must also be paid at the same time & will be returned 14 days after your holiday subject to there being no breakages or damage.
