Changeover day
Flexible. Check in after 3pm and check out 12 noon. This can be flexible dependent upon new guests arriving.

Accessibility
There is no problem with accessability, although not adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
Outside the villa there are numerous seating areas. Barbecue is provided. Garden table, chairs, loungers also provided in the garden. Rooftop terrace with lighting.The plunge pool is private and measures approx 4.5 x 2.5m and 1.2m deep. Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
Coast/Beach
La Barrosa beach (5 mins drive) stretches 8km form the little island of Sancta-Petri to the tower of El Puerco. La Barrosa area has a lined promenade of bars, restaurants and commercial centre. La Barrosa enjoys the blue flag for the clean beaches of Europe since this reward was created. This beautiful beach is considered one of the best in the Andalusian coast, due to its fine and clean sand, the clearness of the water and the beautiful dunes and cliffs.
Golf
In the Cadiz area there are approx 22 golf courses. The nearest one to the property is approx 3km situated in Novo Sancti Petri and designed by Severiano Ballesteros. Also Montecastillo golf resort designed by Jack Nicklaus is situated right next to Jerez racing circuit.
Travel
Jerez 30 mins drive. Gibraltar 1 hour 30 mins. Seville 1 hour 30 mins. Malaga 2 hours. Car hire is necessary to appreciate the area to its fullest. Pick up from airports can be arranged. Price to be advised. Now operating Manchester to Jerez from March 2007.
Distances
Chiclana town centre on local bus route from the bottom of the road or 10 mins drive is well worth a visit, superb indoor market with local fish in abundance and outside market on Tuesday mornings. Day out in Jerez 30 mins drive visiting a Sherry Bodega, and historic Cadiz 20 mins drive. Puerto Santa Maria 15 mins drive with huge choice of sea foods and restaurants a must, there is also a large Water Park. Further afield in Seville 1hour 30 mins Isla Magic theme park.
Further details
Nearest main Supermarket (Supersol) is situated at the bottom of the road (2 mins drive). Local Venta Zacharias run by very friendly brothers will supply you with cold beers large measures of spirits, tapas at very cheap prices. There is a large restaurant specializes in fish dishes again at the bottom of the road. All the main restaurants are down at La Barrosa and Novo Sancta-Petri.
Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of £100 payable into a bank account on confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. 200 euros security deposit upon arrival refunded upon departure subject to any damages.
