The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a prime position. On the ground floor beneath the balcony is the patio of the port's most exclusive bar and directly underneath is an interior design/gift store. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment. The central air conditioning system provides cooling and heating when necessary. Restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes fill the port. Supermarkets, banks and shopping are 5 minutes walk. Taxis and buses are 50m away.

Hello! We (David and Louise) have lived on the Costa del Sol for many years. We have fully integrated in the culture and are both bilingual. We love living in Benalmadena because of its proximity to the airport and all the great activities throughout the area. The lifestyle is laid back and we enjoy the people, the safety, the tranquility and being able to walk everywhere instead of using the car. We love dining and tasting great wines, and Benalmadena Pueblo offers us an array of choices without having to drink and drive. We spend most of our time enjoying our villa "viñas viejas" and give many dinner parties in order to share the beauty of the property with our friends, it is a place made to entertain.
