Spacious villa. This beautiful finca style villa is located in the exclusive area of Balcon Al Mar and is situated at the end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac. It has off street parking and lockable gates, which make it very safe for young families. The villa is surrounded by a well established, mature traditional spanish garden which boasts colourful flowers, palm, orange and almond trees and a lovely, soft, green lawn. Walking distance of local bars/restaurants and supermarket. 15 mins walk to light house and additional restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive to Javea Alrenal beach with additional bars/restaurants. Much quieter coves 5 mins drive away, Granadella, La Baracca and Ambolo. 2 golf courses 10-15 mins drive.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a queensize bed and large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has bunkbeds and a wardrobe/chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds,ensuite bathroom this is in the lower apartment. |
| Bathrooms: | 3 x bathrooms, one adjacent to master bedroom. 1 x in separate apartment. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with new crockery, glass plus all cooking utensils. It has a oven/hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | A large lounge area with comfy seating and coffee table has cable/satellite T.V, DVD, Video and a CD player/Radio. This opens out on to the naya/balcony area that over looks the garden. |
| Other: | At the front of the villa is a large, shady naya/balcony with dining facilities. This is easily accessed through both the kitchen and the living room doors. |

Towels and linen included all changed weekly. |

There is also a barbecue area and dining area to therear of the villa, both are excellent for al fresco dining.
Large mature gardens, There is a large, private swimming pool with a surrounding area for sun loungers and chairs which is a real sun trap. The swimming pool can easily seen from the villa. There is also an private upper sun terrace with sea views from where Ibiza can be seen on clear days.
Coast/Beach
5 mins drive away, Granadella, La baracca, Ambolo quieter beaches. Less than 10 mins main Javea Arenal beach.
Golf
Club de Golf Javea 15 mins drive. Golf La Sella 15 mins drive. Club de Golf Ifach, Don Cayo Altea (30km), Benidorm (50km), Oliva Nova Golf (30km).
Travel
1 hour's drive from Valencia or Alicante airports.
Distances
40 mins from Benidorm, 40 mins to Terramitica. 1 hour from Valanecia.
Further details
Benidorm Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park are 40 mins away. El Vergel Safari Park is 20 mins drive near Denia.

My sister has stayed in a fair few villas and believed yours to be thebest yet. It really is beautiful, very spacious and secure. The pool was well used! The area is so pretty and as you say with splendid views.
The information you supplied was plentiful, I don't think you could have added anything. We followed some of your tips- had a meal at the Mirador and also at Pepes- both excellent.
The beach at Javea was great and so child friendly. We also visited Denia. One of our favourite spots turned out to be La Granadella- so very pretty and with a great tapas bar to boot!!! Your thoughtfulness and information added that bit extra to our holiday and I would certainly recommend the villa to others."
