This classic style Spanish villa of 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms overlooks the marina, port, town, bay, Calpe Rock and mountains and offers its guests spectacular views. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the luxuries and home comforts that up to 8 people will require for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Villa Picasso is located in the quiet, exclusive and security-guarded urbanisation of Pla del Mar and is a comfortable 10 to 15 minute walk from all of Moraira's charms (including its 2 beaches). From the balcony you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views and in the evenings you can enjoy fabulous sunsets. There are plenty of tables, chairs and sunbeds for eating, sitting or relaxing outside.

A non-returnable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, by bank transfer (only). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival and must clear promptly. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to stay need to be paid in full, as soon as possible. Full terms and conditions available on application. A security deposit of £180 (200 euros) is required with final payment. Prices exclude air-con and heating - extra 90 euro per week.

Changeover day
Saturdays (from Saturday arrival at 4pm to 10am the Saturday of your departure) during July and August. Other times flexible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.

Bedroom 4 with double bed with memory foam mattress (air-con).
Bathrooms: The two bathrooms were recently refurbished and are clad with tuscany stone tiling. (One with shower room & WC and 1 with bath/shower and WC).
The villa is served with two water heaters to ensure hot water is plentiful.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is on same level as BBQ area which, in turn, is very close to the garden table and chairs.
Utility Room: The washing machine is in the outside utility room, for your peace & quiet.
Living Rooms: Plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy Sky TV (new wide flat screen) & radio (Good selection of UK TV, Films and Sport), DVD, or CD/MP3/cassette music - or the panoramic view, which is visible from the sofa through large picture window.
Other: Internet access/Wi-fi has been added free of charge - just bring your own laptops!

Clean linen and towels are provided for each person. Our villa managers supply 24 hour emergency assistance and are there to welcome you. Clean linen is provided for second or third week lets.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is charged at £70 per week in advance, or 90euro per week on arrival. Baby cots, highchairs and baby gates and DVD's are available for rental via your villa managers. Internet access/Wi-fi is now available free of charge - just bring your laptops. We have supplied 2 spanish “pay-as-you-go” mobile phones for use by guests. Very useful and cheaper to keep in touch with kids or friends whilst here on holiday rather than using your expensive UK mobiles. The numbers for the villa managements and each phone will be automatically programmed onto both phones. All we ask is that you keep topped up with 10 euros.

Outside
The large garden is sheltered with pines and has plenty of options for both sun and shade seekers. Dining for 8 can be enjoyed either in the naya or in the garden, day and night (garden lighting), with seating and tables at both. The garden also has two pergolas, a large barbecue and 8 pool sunbeds for your enjoyment.

Coast/Beach
Moraira has 2 sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. El Portet (approx 10 mins walk) has just been modernised with new palm trees and walkways. Moraira's l'Ampolla beach is approx 10/15 mins walk.

Golf
The nearest nine hole golf course is a 5 minutes drive away, but there are 8 other courses within an hour's drive from the villa (Club de Golf Ifach, Moraira, 7 kms: 9 holes; Club de Golf Javéa, Javéa, 8 kms: 9 holes; Club de Golf La Sella, Denia, 20 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf Don Cayo, Altea, 20 kms: 9 holes; Club de Golf Oliva, Oliva, 35 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf Bonalba, Muchamiel 70 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf San Juan, San Juan, 70 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf El Saler, Valencia 100 kms: 18 holes).

Travel
Alicante airport 80km (1 hour drive). Valencia airport 130km (1½ hour drive). Murcia (3.5 to 4 hours drive). Car is not essential when you get here - Approx 10 mins walk to town.

Distances
Moraira town is just 10/15 mins walk or 2 min drive. The larger towns of Javea and Calpe are approx 15 mins drive. Benidorm is 30 mins drive and has plenty of shows and theme parks.

Further details
Due to the villa's superb location, a car is not essential to make the most of the town's amenities and beaches.
Moraira has 2 sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. El Portet (approx 10 mins walk) has just been modernised with new palm trees and walkways. Moraira beach is approx 15 mins walk.
The town is full of colourful new shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pocket size. In the summer months evening craft markets line the streets well into the night. There are several good supermarkets and a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.
Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding. The whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing.
There are two tennis courts a short walk away from the villa, reserved for the exclusive use of Pla del Mar residents.
Flea markets and wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. So is driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, La Sella, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia or Europe's largest palm forest at Elche, for breathtaking views.
DVD's and books can be rented easily, a short walk away.
For children (when not at the pool): there is a permanent fairground in town with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.There is an international go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away, suitable for all levels. The marina offers stunning yachts to look at and fish to feed.
