Gran Alacant is a growing township about 10 minutes south of Alicante airport, but not in the flight path. This apartment is set in a mixed holiday and residential complex, and is ideally situated whether you wish to take advantage of the glorious beaches or the golf at 4 championship courses.

Changeover day
Depending on season and demand, we try to be flexible with days and changeover times to fit in with guests' requirements and flight times.

Bed linen, bath & hand towels are provided for each week of your holiday. Beach/pool towels are not provided. The apartment will have been cleaned before your arrive and will be cleaned after you leave. There is no extra charge for this. |

Notes on accommodation
All doors and windows are fitted with security grills, and there is a safe in the apartment.
The main living area has air-conditioning, and the bedrooms have either ceiling fans or a freestanding fan.
Heating is available if required, for winter bookings.
Outside
There are three swimming pools, two close to the apartment, available for use by guests. Street parking is available outside the apartment.
Coast/Beach
Miles of glorious beaches just down the road from the apartment. The Gran Alacant mini-train, the 'GA Spirit' (www.mygranalacant.com/gran-alacant-train.htm) which stops hourly near to the apartment, runs down to the main Carabassi beach, then on to the Gran Alacant commercial centre before returning to our urbanisation.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximately a 12 minute drive fron the apartment. Car hire is not essential. Our guest information pack gives details of a local airport transfer service and other local transport that can be arranged. A good local bus service is available and Gran Alacant also its own mini-train (www.mygranalacant.com/gran-alacant-train.htm) which runs regularly throughout the day. This serves the local area including the main commercial centre, the beach and stops near to our apartment.
Distances
Alicante town, 20 minute drive, with its numerous designer shops, restaurants, marina, castle and nightlife.
Santa Pola, 10 minute drive, more beaches, castle, marina and typical Spanish market on a Saturday morning.
Elche, 15 minute drive with its large safari park.
Benidorm, 40 minute drive, with the famous Terra Mitica and Aqualandia, one of Europe's largest water parks.
Further details
Gran Alacant is a developing township with its own commercial centre, banks, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. It also has a lively and colourful local market every Thursday. Gran Alacant has its own mini-train service running around Gran Alacant from morning untill late at night, and good local bus services to Alicante or Santa Pola.

To reserve the apartment please phone or email to the contact details. A £50 per week/part week non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Rental balance with a returnable key/damage deposit of £75 is payable 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
