This first floor apartment is spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. It has a balcony overlooking an unusually extensive pool and garden area exclusive to the small number of adjacent apartments and villas (gated secure area). There is also a spacious roof-terrace with pergola and bar-b-que to enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. La Finca is a well-established championship golf course set to hold the Spanish Open within the next few years. A fantastic course with numerous water features and exceptional club-house restaurant open all day. Nearby Guardamar del Segura is a beautiful Spanish town with immaculate endless beaches leading into sand-dunes and the stunning pine forest, as well as many restaurants and shops.
The nearest town of Algorfa is also quintessentially Spanish with a small number of bars and shops along narrow streets.
Within the complex is a tradional style square with shops, bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes walk away.

Cleaning charge to be paid on arrival - 50 euros plus 10 euros per person for linen. Optional extras include food welcome pack, airport transfers. Discounts will be given for long term lets. Offers may apply! Daily rate charge allowing you to book the cheapest flights - No fixed changeover day.
Changeover day
NO SET changeover day. Charging a daily fee allows our guests to find the cheapest flights available and stay the number of days they choose. Arrival time after 3pm, departure before 10pm.

| Living Rooms: | Large well decorated lounge with double sofa-bed, additional comfortable sofa around Valencian fireplace. Air-conditioned and leads out to balcony. Also folding single bed ideal for children. There is also TV, DVD and CD players. Now with Satellite TV. |
| Other: | The large lounge incorporates a dining area with wrought iron furniture. From the lounge patiodoors lead to the balcony & views overlooking the gardens & pool. This provides a perfect place to eat. The large sun terrace has a table, chairs & BBQ. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and linen are included in the rental cost and are provided (fitted) on arrival. Beach towels are not provided. An extra 'during your stay' clean can be arranged if pre-booked. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with room fans also provided. The apartment is extremely safe and suitable for children as balcony and roof terrace are enclosed. The large pool also has a separate children's pool and is in secure apartment area (access gained only through security gates).
The apartment is alarmed and has an immediate personal alarm. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Outside
The lounge leads out onto the balcony (perfect for breakfast)with table and chairs overlooking the stunning pool area. From the balcony steps lead up to the secluded and private roof-top terrace with table, chairs, sunlounger and BBQ. Kaira-du-la ('Ky ra do la' - Mandinka meaning 'place of peace') has fantastic views of nearby mountains and fruit fields and also allows parents to keep an eye on children in the pool. The pool area is unusually large with separate shallow children's section. The pool and surrounding gardens are accessible only to those residents in adjacent villas and apartments so rarely became very busy. At night the area is beautifully lit highlighting the fabulous landscaped gardens.
Coast/Beach
Guardamar del Segura provides the nearest and probably one of the most beautiful beaches along the Costa Blanca. A fifteen minute drive away it has endless golden sand which stretches out along the natural pine forests either side of the town. This resort also has many fantastic restaurants and good shopping particularly for shoes manufactured nearby. La Mata is a smaller and more sheltered beach just along from Guardamar, towards Torrevieja.
Golf
6032 yard championship course built around the original olive trees with stunning water features including lakes, waterfalls and streams. Also a driving range, putting green and professional available for lessons. Carts and clubs are available to hire.
Many other courses nearby including La Manga, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
Travel
The apartment is only half an hour's drive to both Alicante and Murcia (San Javier). Car hire is recommended although a pick-up can be arranged from the airport.
Distances
The small but quaint village of Algorfa is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away and the slightly larger town of Los Montesinos less than ten minutes drive.
For more hustle and bustle Guardamar, Torrevieja and La Mata are around 15 minutes drive away with endless restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
The salt lakes and national park areas popular with walkers and cyclists are a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
The Baroque and beautiful city of Murcia is 30 mins away.
Further details
At the entrance to the complex is a tradtional style square with a shop and a variety of restaurants and bars. This is only a five minute walk from the apartment.
Local shops in nearby Algorfa are 25 minutes walk away and the nearest large supermarket a 10 minute drive towards Torrevieja. Benijofar and Quesada are less than 10 minutes away and also have banks, shops and restaurants.
Guardamar is the nearest larger town with two large supermarkets, endless restaurants and all the main banks.
The golf club has a fantastic restaurant and terrace cafe at present. Soon to be finished is a new hotel/leisure complex with restaurants, leisure and spa facilities. There is a wide range of golf courses (too many to mention) in the area with varying green fees. Many within a thirty minute drive (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor) as well as La Manga, approx. 45 minutes drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure booking and deducted from total fee due 10 weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is requested and retained for surety against any accidental damage or excessive cleaning required.
Cancellation refunds: up to 10 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-10 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
