Outside there are extensive terraced areas, a private swimming pool and BBQ. Dining table seating 6 people and sunloungers. Private parking for several cars. The property is accessed by private road 0.5km from main N340 at Almuñecar.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros for 8 persons. There is an additional charge of 90 euros/week for cleaning, laundry and utilities etc. If air con is required this will also be charged separately.
Changeover day
Change over days are Saturday or Sunday,the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.

Accessibility
There is a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, outside the terraces and pool are on one level ideal for anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside there are extensive, safe terraced areas, a private fresh water swimming pool and BBQ. Dining table seating 6 people and sunloungers. Private parking for several cars.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 5 mins walk and approx. 2 mins by car where you will also find the award winning 'Jaqui Cotobro' restaurant. You can drive to the centre of Almunecar in a matter of minutes. Almuñecar has many other beaches including naturist beaches all within a short distance. The popular 'AquaTropic' water park is under 10 mins drive away.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
Skiing
Just over an hours drive, set in the mountain range of Sierra Nevada is Europe’s most southerly resort. With first class facilities, 40 miles of ski runs and two cross country circuits the resort is serviced by 2 cabin lifts, 12 chair lifts and 5 T-bars. How cool is this, ski in the morning and relax on the beach in the afternoon.

Scuba diving, snorkeling, hang-gliding, kiting, horse riding, water sports, sailing, fishing etc.
Travel
Almuñecar is less than an hour away from 2 international airports, Malaga and Granada.
Distances
The picturesque 'Marina del Este' is less than 10 mins drive as well as the popular villages of La Herradura and Salobreña. Nerja and Motril are 20 mins by car. The national parks of the Alpujarras, Sierra Nevadas, Peña Escrita, Cerro Gordo and Lanjaron and Lecrin Valley are all within a short driving distance.
Further details
There is an excellent bus service every 15 mins from Cotobro into Almuñecar town where there are many shops, local markets and supermarkets. There are excellent restaurants or you can just enjoy a drink and tapas and watch the world go by.
Booking notes
To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. On arrival we require a security deposit refundable on day of departure to cover damages/breakages of 300 euros.
