Notes on accommodation
The house is suitable for children and there are toys and DVDs. The mezzanine floor bedroom has quite steep steps leading to it. No smoking and no pets please.

Outside
There is a large garden with a 12ft trampoline. The garden has stone paths around it (good for children) and is securely fenced. The house is surrounded by a terrace so there is always an area of shade.
The swimming pool is 6m x 5m with a sun terrace and is fenced and gated. The swimming pool has been refurbished and is newly tiled and filtered.

Coast/Beach
50 minutes drive to Cullera, Gandia and Oliva beaches, both of which are blue flag with beautiful golden sand and clean seas.

Golf course at Oliva 88 miles / 143 kms.

Great area for walking and mountain biking holidays.

Travel
Nearest airport is Valencia which is 50 minutes away. Alicante is about 90 minutes away.
There is a daily bus from Valencia to Chella but a car is recommended.

Further details
Chella has a supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist, post office, pizza restaurant, a home cooking take away, three banks, bakeries and grocery shops. There is a village market every Tuesday morning.
Xativa has a wider selection of shops and supermarkets and also has market days.

Valencia has fantastic shopping, the new centre for Science and Arts which is a great place for children with many hands on exhibits. There are also many parks and playgrounds, again great for kids.
