Completed late 2004 and in an excellent quiet location between Moraira and Javea this 2 storey villa is set on a hillside overlooking the picturesque village and church of Benitachell. The sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea are within 10-15 minutes drive time. Golf and tennis are available nearby. There are extensive sun terraces surrounding the private, solar heated, illuminated swimming pool. Double doors open onto a large covered Naya which provides a spacious dining area and shade. The gated driveway gives ample secure parking.

Living Rooms: Large living/dining area and entrance hallway. Lounge with gas fire, picture windows, Sky TV, WIFI, DVD, CD system, board games, books and is furnished to a high standard. Dining area with a large table and double door leading to the large covered Naya.
Other: There is a separate downstairs WC and also a utility room with washing machine and a large playroom. One under build room where the patio furniture, BBQ and tumble drier etc are stored.

Notes on accommodation
There are airconditioning/heater inverters in each bedroom and the lounge. Ceiling fans in the lounge and dining area. No smoking indoors please. No pets.

Outside
Spanish gardens on upper terrace with orange, lemon and various palm trees. Extensive sunbathing terraces surround the villa and its large private 8 by 4 metre pool. There is a wide range of luxury sunbeds, reclining chairs, dining furniture, 2 family size BBQs, sun parasols etc. A separate roof sunbathing terrace is accessed from the 2 double bedrooms.

Coast/Beach
Situated about 10 mins drive from the lovely seaside town of Moraira and 15 mins drive from Javea both with lovely sandy beaches.

Golf
There are various golf courses within half an hours drive, the nearest being Javea Golf Club which is 5 minutes away.

Travel
We are almost equidistant from Alicante and Valencia airports each of whom are served by the 'Low Cost' airlines. Car hire is essential and easily available, the journey from the airport will take approx 1 hour 15 mins using the toll motorways.

Distances
The Villa is ideally situated only 2 minutes from Benitachell which is a small 'Spanish' town with narrow streets and a variety of shops including a brand new supermarket. The larger towns of Moraira and Javea offer a variety of beaches and bars/restaurants/shops/weekly market etc and are only 10/15 mins away.

Further details
There are various restaurants with fantastic views of the coast nearby. Terra Mitica, the international theme park, and Mundamar/Aqualandia water parks are only 25 mins away in Benidorm. For the sports minded there are plenty of local facilities for sailing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, tennis, go-karting etc.
