Cot & bay equipemnt hire available upon request. Golfers -over 70+ golf courses on the Costa Del Golf, contact us for more information. The executive duplex is furnished to a very high standard. Everything for your comfort is provided - even board games. Master bedroom with double aspect, private terrace overlooking pools and mountains, further access to terrace and BBQ area, view over golfcourse. Unsuitable for young children (under 10) elderly or infirm. Really due to the steps and terraces. Non smoking. I love cooking- so the kitchen is really fully equipped! I have even left some cookery books. The apartment is luxurious the main bedroom has a 6 foot wide bed, and its own private terrace- for the romantic among you.

Unfortunately, not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Outside is a very large roof top solarium with double rocking hammock, panoramic views from the mountains to the sea. 4 further sun terraces, one with BBQ. Numerous sun loungers tables and chairs. Approx 145sqm! That is a lot of outside room. A large communal pool, plus 1 for childrens pool, with landscaped gardens is only a few steps from the apartment. Changing facilities, showers and a toilet provided near the pool area. The small development is gated and secure. A remote control opens the entrance gate and to the underground reserved parking space. Fantastic veiws of La Concha Mountain range from the aprtment - or gaze out to sea on the solarium terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 4 mins drive from the apartment and is sandy and a blue flag beach. There are numerous beach bars and restaurants. Marbella boasts 27km of coast which is divided into 24 beaches. Really worth a visit is Tarifa, (45 mins drive) a nature reserve with a superb miles of unspoilt sandy beaches and sand dunes. Ideal for surfers. Bolonia a little further along totally unspoilt and even has Roman remains. A visit to the historic port of Cadiz should not be missed.
Golf
Guadalmina South comprises of two 18 hole courses and 1 short 9 hole course. Guadalmina North has more water hazards and finishes on the beach. Golf enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with over 70 courses within the Cosat Del Golf. Upon booking we can provide you with contacts who can not only offer information on all the courses, but will obtain discount green fees and book courses for you.
Skiing

Travel
The apartment is extremely easy to find. Frequent UK flights to Malaga airport are available from many airports. Gibraltar is another option. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Malaga airport approx 60km / 40 mins drive. Historic town of Ronda 60 mins drive. Gibraltar 65km / 45 mins drive. From Tarifa only 45 mins drive- catch a ferry 30-40 mins takes you Tangiers Africa. Local Guadalmina precinct of shops, banks, hairdressers, supermarket, 24 hour pharmacy, great bars and restaurants etc. 2 mins drive / 15 mins walk as you have to walk around the golf course!
Further details
Not just golf! On Guadalmina beach 4 mins drive is a jet ski hire company and a beach bar. Mountain walks, quad biking, cycling, mountain biking, diving, fishing, horse riding, sailing surfing, swimming, tennis, walking and golf. Details of all these local activities are in the apartment. However, with over 320 days of annual sunshine those of us who like to enjoy the blue skies and warmth just to read, dine, drink and people watch it's all there! Children- visit Heaven Beach & Selwoo Zoo- only 15 minute drive from the apartment.
