A modern, newly constructed 4 double bedroom villa with private pool and terraces, only minutes walk to the charming village of Bolnuevo with bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. Puerto de Mazarron is only 3kms away with many bars, restaurants, marina, scuba diving schools and other water sport facilities. The lovely city of Cartagena and capital city of Murcia both with loads of historical sights are within easy reach. Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds up to a maximum of 6 guests. Additional charge for 6 guests plus. Special offers on long summer and winter lets exceeding 4 weeks. Weekend breaks can also be accommodated (not during June to September)

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on availability. Arrival time negotiable. Out of hours arrival may incur a charge. This will be advised once you have confirmed flights. On bookings less than 2 weeks a cleaning charge of £75 will be applied.

Notes on accommodation
There are two air con/heaters in living room - with additional free standing heaters for two bedrooms if required. Master bedroom with air con/heating and downstairs bedroom with air con/heating. Should be noted that this bedroom does not have a window. Two twin rooms with ceiling fans.

Amenities/Facilities provided

 

Outside
Enclosed front garden with fruit trees and side gate to terraced area with private pool (8x4m approx), outside roll down blind for shade with table and four chairs, further table with six chairs, 6 sun loungers. Outdoor shower (must be used before entering pool). Large driveway. Garage is NOT included and will be kept locked.

Coast/Beach
Bolnuevo beach is ideal for families and within 3 mins walk. Sectioned areas for sporting activities. Bars and local restaurants within easy reach. Several small coves within easy reach.
The whole of the Costa Calida is made up of small coves and beautiful unspoilt beaches and mountain ranges. It´s worth having a car to be able to explore the beauty spots around.

Golf
The nearest golf course is a 9 hole (further 9 holes under construction)at Camposol, some 15 minutes drive. There are numerous courses within easy reach including Desert Springs and 40 mins away is La Manga with three 18 hole championship courses. A local company in Bolnuevo is able to arrange golf packages to suit your requirements. Enquire at the time of booking for cost and availability.

Skiing
For winter enthusiasts the Sierra Nevada ski-ing resort is located some 3 hours drive away.

Travel
San Javier/airport is the closest. Approximate 45 mins drive. Alicante airport is approximately 1.15 drive away. Full directions will be provided.

A hire car is recommended for travel to and from airport and to appreciate the lovely local areas and seaside villages. However, if you prefer to be collected we can organise this for you. The cost would be payable to the local firm at the time of collection. Please advise at the time of booking.

Distances
Bolnuevo is well located and allowing easy access to mainland town of Mazarron and the lovely Puerto de Mazarron with marina and beach promenade with local restaurants and bars. Both approximately 3 kms away. Local transport available. The naval city of Cartagena with marina, historical sights, trendy shops, bars and restaurants is approx 30 mins drive. The capital city of Murcia full of history (again 40 mins drive inland) is a must to visit. We are happy to make other recommendations.

Further details
There is a local pharmacist in Bolnuevo (able to speak some English!) and in Mazarron there is a private clinic should an emergency doctor be required.
Local supermarket in Bolnuevo (walking distance) and larger supermarkets in Puerto de Mazarron are easily accessible.
Many local banks and in most English is spoken.
It should be noted that credit cards are not accepted in most restaurants and stores.

Booking notes
Bookings are reserved by phone or email and then confirmed by us once a deposit of £150 per week is received. Full and final payment is required 6 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £500 is payable at the time the full and final payment is made. This is refunded upon your return after check out. £50 is payable towards check-in/check-out and will be deducted from the security deposit.

August 08 - I have to say it was an excellent week. Your house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking, we took a walk most mornings and spent most evenings in Puerto de Mazarron with lazy afternoons by the pool and came back very relaxed.
