It is in a block of only 3 apartments and has been furnished and equipped by the owners to English 4 star standard. It is 3km from Moraira centre and the beach, 3km from Javea golf course and close to restaurants and shops. There are nice views from the property over roof tops to the mountains beyond. Sunsets can be fantastic. A great feature of the development is the large community pool with poolside bar(not open in low season). There are also tennis courts for hire.

Because we understand Saturday to Saturday bookings are not always convenient we try to be as flexible as possible.

The entrance is from a delightful terrace with table and 4 chairs ideal for alfresco dining. The terrace faces west and is in full sun from midday onwards. For those who prefer shade there is a large sun awning. 2 reclining chairs are also provided. Lovely large communal pool.
