The villa has three bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, family bathroom and kitchen complete with white goods; it has just had more work completed to finish off the underbuild and the grounds. The villa comes complete with a games room in the underbuild with a full sized English pub pool table. There is satellite television capable of receiving English channels and Sky channels. The villa looks out over the Jalon Valley, with its abundance of orange and lemon groves, and traditional Spanish villages. The pool area is very private, as it is screened from the road and has a greenbelt piece of land to the back. There is a built in Bar-b-que on the pool terrace with an electric point, with steps down to the underbuild. As you come up the Roman steps out of the pool, there is a patio area complete with poolside shower, power points and palm trees.

Changeover day
Changeovers are very flexible but prefer Saturdays. The villa will be available from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. The reps will inspect the villa and take control of the keys, etc on departure.

Outside
Three terraces, with two poolside and an poolside bar-b-q. Very private 9m x 5m pool with roman steps and poolside shower. Very private sun terraces all concreted with palm trees sun loungers and patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
Denia beach is approximately 23km long and sandy, and can be reached by a ten minute drive away. With lots of water sports and beach bars/resturants, it is the ideal safe beach day out. Moraira with its lovely quaint town has a good little sandy beach, as too does Javea. Benidorm is a 40 minute drive away on the toll road. Oliva Nova has a beautiful sandy beach and is a 20 minute drive away.
Golf
La Sella Golf - designed by Olazabal. Great course and facilities 5km from the villa. Driving range and Marriot 5* hotel located on the site. Javea Golf club approx 10km from the villa. Moraira Golf approx 20km from the villa. Oliva Nova Golf designed by Ballesteros, approx 20km from the villa. Alicante golf approx 90km from the villa. Loads more to choose from.
Skiing
Skiing is available approx 2 hours drive away, north to the Sierra mountains, 1 hour from Valencia.
Travel
Valencia aiport is approx 100km (60 miles) north of the villa on the AP7 toll road (toll approx 6 euros). Alicante airport is approx 95km south of the villa on the AP7 to the south (toll approx 5.50 euros). Murcia airport is a further 75km south of Alicante on the A7. Car hire is essential. The A7 is approximately 2km from the villa, with extremely easy access to all of the towns and places of interest.
Distances
Pedreguer lies in the Jalon valley, awash with its Orange and Lemon groves and lovely Spanish villages. The town is just over 1km from the villa on a direct road, and has banks, supermarkets, cafes, resturants, paper shops and petrol station. Denia is 10km away, and boasts an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants and fantastic shopping. It also has a port with regular ferries to Ibiza and surrounding islands. Javea, Moraira, Oliva, Benidorm, Valencia are all easily accessible.
Further details
Terra Mitica theme park is just down the A7, as is the water park and marine park of Benidorm (two day passes available and a great day out). Calpe and Altea are just down the coast and have a good variety of shopping and bars etc. There is a Karting track just outside Pedreguer.
Booking notes
All bookings must be accompanied by a non-refundable 20% deposit, and paid in full six weeks prior to the arrival date. Customers can be met at the airport or greeted at the villa by our English reps. All bookings to be made through this site. Customers can contact ourselves direct via the phone and email details provided. A cheque deposit will be required for breakages etc, and will be returned/destroyed on completion of the inventory by our reps.
