We are within the prestigious Guadalcantara Golf complex. Our new luxuriously furnished second floor apartment is set in beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the 16th green and the 17th fairway of the Guadalmina North Golf Course. The community is gated with 24hr security. It is a short walk into San Pedro with its shops, tapas bars and restaurants. The beach with its tree lined boulevard is about 1200 metres to the south. Puerto Banus with its designer shops and marina is a 5 minute drive, Marbella about 10 minutes. The apartment is well positioned for golfers, with many courses within a 10 minute drive. You can walk to the driving range.

Saturday is our prefered change-over day but we are flexible recognising that flight costs are at a premium at weekends. Arrival from 4pm; Departure by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Large well equipped apartment of 103 square metres. Zoned Air conditioning and central heating. Secure 27 square metre terrace overlooks pool and gardens and golf. The apartment is non-smoking and we are unfortunately unable to accept pets.

Outside
Extensive landscaped gardens on several levels look out onto the golf course. We overlook one of the 3 shared swimming pools each have a toddlers pool and showers at the pool side. There is a well equiped gymnasium.

Coast/Beach
The San Pedro beach is a few minutes drive away or perhaps walk. There are a variety of watersports available from jetskis to kite-surfing.
Just lie on the sand and soak up the sun or walk along the 1km long, tree-lined Boulevard. You have the option of shady picnic areas or a variety of small bars and restaurants.

Golf
Golf is a major attraction with a range of fantastic courses from the parkland vistas of Atalaya to the tough challenges of Valderama. There are over 30 courses between Sotogrande and Malaga. The nearest apart from Guadalmina are Atalaya, La Quinta, Los Arqueros, Los Naranjos, Los Flamingos.

Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada which is above Granada is about 1 1/2- 2hrs away. It is even worth a visit in summer for the views, when there is often snow still on the ground.

Travel
The apartment is 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport via the AP7 autopista. The San Pedro junction is about 1.5km away. The CN340, which is the old coastal highway, is even closer. Access could not be easier.
A car is recommended although not essential.

Further details
There are a range of supermarkets, shops and banks within a short walk.
Visit the beautiful old town of Marbella. Park near the beach and wander through its narrow streets and picturesque plazas to the old town. Do have a drink or an evening meal in the atmospheric Orange Square.

Booking notes
Please e-mail your booking requirements. We ask for £100 deposit for each week of stay. The balance plus returnable security deposit of £100 is payable six weeks before arrival. Discount for stays of two weeks or more.
