Large detached 4 bed villa situated in the popular Villamartin area, which is very close to six top golf courses and only a 5 minute walk from the famous plaza with it’s superb restaurants, bars and shops. The detached villa has its own drive with front and rear gardens. The rear garden facing south with a dining terrace and barbeque area which is adjacent to the communal pool. Internally it is very spacious and also enjoys a huge roof solarium where you can lap up the sun and the great views. It is just 5 minutes drive to the Mediterranean beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig. There are many more beaches within easy reach stretching from Torrevieja in the north to La Manga in the south.
Villamartin is a 35 minute drive south of Alicante and 20 minutes north of Murcia airports.

Available for short golfing breaks, weekend or midweek from £75 daily.
Changeover day
Saturday preferred but will be flexible. Villa will be ready from 3pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

| Utility Room: | Washing machine, cleaning equipment and storage etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Large comfortable well furnished lounge and dining area with radio/CD player. Additional very large downstairs lounge with Sky TV and sofa bed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided (beach towels are not included). The cost of cleaning is not included additional cost to be paid on key handover: up to 6 guests 70 Euros. 5 Euros per person extra. |

Villamartin golf course 2 minutes away. Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses 5 minutes drive. Half a dozen other top class courses within 35 minutes drive include the famous La Manga Club and the spectacular Mosa Trajectum near Murcia where the 2004 PGA EuroProTour Championship was held. La Manga is only a 40 minute drive away.
Travel
Alicante airport is 30 miles away (35 minutes’ drive).
Murcia (San Javier) 17 miles (15 minutes on motorway).
Distances
The port of Torrevieja is the nearest large town 4 miles away with numerous shops, aqua park, sporting facilities.
The historic towns of Carteghena and Murcia are approx 40 min drive. Isla de Tabarca is a pretty boat ride from Santa Pola.
