Beautiful modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa set in quiet rural farmland with magnificent views to Medina Sidonia. Good walking and cycling country. Close to the Blue Flag sandy beach of Playa Barrosa, the Golf course at Nova Sancti Petri and the shops and restaurants of the local village and Chiclana. The Villa has three double bedrooms. One en-suite, the others sharing a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster iron and ironing board. The living room has a 3/4 seater and a 2 seater settee. A large dining table and 6 chairs, coffee table, book and DVD library, games. TV with Sky Freeview showing English Channels. The garden is mainly pebbles with palm and young orange and olive etc Roman style unfenced Pool. Very large patio area with pergola shade. Casita barbeque and bar. Changeover day
Saturday, but this is flexible. Arrival after 3.00pm. Departure before 11.00 am and again can be flexible.

Accessibility
The villa is on a flat site but not considered suitable for wheel chair access because of 1 step up. There are no ramps but poprtable ramps can be obtained on request.
Outside
Villa Alarian must be enjoyed from the outside as well as within. We Offer a Private garden and pool set in 1000 square meters. Many villas are less than half this size! The pool is 8 by 4 meter and is unfenced but has raised edges for safety. We always recommend small children are supervised. The pool has a cover which can be used to retain heating. The pool is also filtrerd on a daily basis. There is a very large patio area with a separate Casita (BBQ building). There is solid roofed Pergola Shade, providing if nothing else a fantastic place for an evening get toghether. There is garden table and chairs for six adults. The Casita comes wirh exterior halogen lights, ideal for the garden after dark. There is a large rotary washing line. The garden is mainly white chip, patio with plants and are irrigated daily.
Coast/Beach
15 minute drive to the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Playa de la Barrosa. Many regard as the best beach in Spain. Ideal for families with miles and miles of golded sand and dunes. Restaurants and Cafes and free car parking.
Golf
Many Golf courses in Cadiz province. All have excellent facilities. The nearest is Novo Sancti Petri. 10 minute drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Jerez (XRY) 40 minute drive, serviced by Ryan Air from London Stansted. Other available airports include. Gibraltar, Seville, Faro and Malaga.
Distances
Nearest large town is Chiclana de la Frontera. 5 minutes.
Cadiz 30 minutes. Seville 60 minutes. Gibraltar 80 minutes. Many national parks including the famous Donnana 60 minutes.
Further details
Area is rich in Moorish History. Is also famous for Flamenco dancing, sherry, wine and horses.

To secure a booking we require a non refundable deposit of 25%. The remaining 75% required 8 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings total payment is required at time of booking payment is by cheque or cash. Sorry we cannot accept Credit/Debit Cards.
