The apartment includes towels, sheets, cooking utensils, washer/dryer, microwave, hair dryer and an iron. Similar to a luxury hotel, except that it is self catering. A safe is also available if required. Hot/cold air conditioning making this apartment comfortable even in the winter months. Well appointed swimming pool with landscape gardens for residents only and opened in the summer months.Local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Local bakery and supermarket. Locall facilities include golf, fishing and a variety of water sports. For the less adventurous try strolling along the beach and a dip in the warm waters of the Mar Menor which is famous for its theraputic features.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible, however this must be agreed to the day of arrival and also depends on the next arrival. We should expect that the flat be vacated at 10 am unless other wise agreed at the time of arrival.

Towels and linen provided to accomodate four people. There is an additional charge of 55 Euros for cleaning of the flat and hand over, payable upon arrival. |

Coast/Beach
Apartment is within 100 meters to both the seas, the Mar Menor which is known as the little sea and the Mediterranean. It has its own private pool shared use amongst the residents.
Golf
There is a small local golf course or the La Manga Golf course is 30 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
Local sailing school and watersport facilities including jet ski and boat hire in the summer months.
Travel
Nearest Airport is San Javier which is approximately 45 minutes away or Alicante which is 1.5 hours away. Airport pick and drop off is available at an additional charge.
Distances
The nearest town of Cartagena, Murcia is approxiamately 30 minutes away by car. A local bus is also available to Cabo De Palos which is a local harbour and fishing village. Thomas Maestre Harbour is approximately 5 minutes away by car and includes restaurants, supermarket and a Burger King restaurant.
Further details
Opportunities for hikes and walks, horse riding and tennis at the La Manga Golf course. Cartagena has lots of opportunities for shopping and bus can be taken from Cabo De Palos. There is a Sunday Market in Cabo De Palos that sells fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes leather shoes and bags. There is also a Wednesday market at San Pedro, can catch a ferry from Thomas Maestro Harbour.
Booking notes
There is a deposit of £100 that is required on booking the apartment. This is refunded after inspection of the flat to make sure that there is no breakage or damage. Completion of a booking form and Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to departure. Booking form can be completed and returned online. Payment can be made by Cheque or direct to bankers in the UK. On receipt of your completed booking form and payment we will send you details of the flat, access information and directions.
