This lovely secluded villa is located just outside the Spanish village of Busot. It has three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good size swimming pool set in private gardens with a beautiful view overlooking the valley towards the coastline. The delightful sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan are just a short drive away. The nearby village of Busot is convenient for bars, restaurants and evening entertainment or you may fancy popping into El Campello for a stroll down the promenade. The Villa is very close to Bonalba 18 hole championship golf club and spa(2km). The nearby famous caves of Cunelobre are well worth a visit or you could have a culture day in the vibrant city of Alicante. The water, theme and nature parks of Benidorm are only 25 mins away or you may like to try some local water activities or take some time out for horse riding or trekking. Only 25 min drive from Alicante airport, this Villa is a perfect base for exploring or simply relaxing by the pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We do accept part week bookings charged on a pro rata basis.
Long term winter lets of over 2 weeks are available at reduced rates. Price available on application.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible – many flights are cheaper if you avoid weekends. Arrival at 3pm and departure by 10am on day of leaving unless requested by prior arrangement.

Accessibility
The property is situated all on one level apart from 2 small steps. One on entry to the patio area and the other in the master bedroom. With a sunken bath in the en-suite bedroom and the upper garden all on one level, we do feel our villa would also be suitable for elderly guests or visitors with walking difficulties.
Outside
Outdoor furniture is provided including a large dining table and chairs, 4 loungers and garden chairs. The pool is approx 15ft x 32ft and is large enough for length swimming. Pool floatables are provided. A shower is provided for your convennience.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of El Campello is just a short drive from the villa offering long sandy beaches, a picturesque marina and an unspoilt promenade with numerous restaurants/café bars and shops. The beach of San Juan is close by and also has a long sandy beach, promenade and restaurants.A 'rare gem' on the Costa Blanca Coastline.
Golf
Golf Bonalba is a magnificent 18 hole par 72 golf course. There is a golf academy with professional instructors, large driving range, putting greens, approach area and bunker practice green. The club house has a restaurant, tapas bar and terrace plus all the usual golf amenities. It is open every day of the year from 8am. Breakfasts are served at the club house. Other courses near by are Golf Alicante, Golf Alenda and Golf El Plantio.
Special interest holidays
Activities in the area include: sailing, wind surfing, sea fishing, local caves, walking, mountain springs, jet skiing, aqua parks, nature parks, theme parks, go karting, horse riding, quad-biking and scuba diving.
Travel
The villa is situated only 25 minutes drive away from Alicante airport and 45 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. Car hire is strongly advised. Please contact owner for website address should you require further details.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure to include a £150 refundable security deposit providing there is no damage and the keys are returned. Sorry no pets allowed.
