This quiet 1st floor one bedroom property is in a well established area, its main feature is the large swimming pool which has an ajoining childrens pool, and is set in established gardens. The area is well known for its golf courses, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca and is a short drive to the vibrate town of Torrevieja. There are several sandy beaches within a short drive from the apartment La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Player Flamenca, Punta Prima and Campoamor.

Rental Notes: We have a no dogs and a no smoking policy in our apartment. All guests must have adequate insurance to cover illness, accidents, theft and loss of belongings.
Long term lets are available (negotiable rates).
Changeover day
Guests arriving at the apartment will be given access to the apartment at 12 noon. Guest leaving the apartment are asked to vacate the apartment for 10.30am. This is flexible depending on the amount of bookings at the time.
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has twin beds, also ceiling fan. Fitted double wardrobe and a free standing double wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom fully tiled with bath, shower, WC, wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with: Hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, also pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has a double sofa bed, sky TV (including- BBC, ITV, films,and sport) cassette CD player. The dining area has an extending table and 4 chairs. Also ceiling fan. |
| Other: | The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the gardens and large swimming pool. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Enough Bed linen will be provided for the duration of your stay. The cleaner will make sure everything is ready for your arrival. A cleaning service can be provided, if required. There will be small charge for this extra service. (paid to the cleaner). |
Notes on accommodation
Electric and water included. The use of a small safe is available at no extra cost.
Gas and electric heater are available if required. No extra cost.
Outside
The pool is one of the largest pools in the area and is enclosed to ensure privacy.
Travel
Guests have a choice of two airports Alicante which is approx 45 mins from the apartment and Murcia is approx 15mins both airports have motorway connections and car hire. It is advisable to hire a car and make the most out of your stay.

The area has many restaurants, bars, markets, beaches, supermarkets.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 is payable on booking. The full payment is due 6 week before your holiday. Also a deposit of £50 is payable for the keys. The £50 deposit will be returned to you when I recieve the keys back after your stay providing no damage has been done.
